Operational Labour Charges for (1) 246 HP VRV Air conditioner System at Karnataka Bhavan - I, Annex Building, (2) Aircondition Chiller Plant and other allied equipments at Karnataka Bhavan-II (Sharavathi) Chanikyapuri and (3) Split Airconditioners Ductble Split Airconditioner Units, Cassette Units at Krishna & Cauvery Cell, Kitchen Fresh Air & Exhaust Equipments at Karnataka Bhavan-III (Bhima) New Delhi for the yeear 2025-26

3.2To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last Five years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25.b) Satisfactorily completed (at least 50% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work i.e., Operational Labour Charges for Air Conditioners System Works of value not less than Rs 19.81 Lakhs in a single work.

3.2To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. from 2020-21 to 2024-25 c) Executed in any one year, (for a continuous period of 12 Months) during last five years the following minimum quantities of work. 1) Skilled Technician Persons 2912 Man Days

The tenderer as a Prime Contractor having valid Class-1 & above Electrical License issued by Electrical Inspectorate Department and should have suitable technical, financial & managerial capabilities.

3.6 Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under/ Assessed available tender capacity - (AxNx2.5 - B ) Where, A-Maximum value of construction works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. 1.00 Years (12 Months) B - Value, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next. 1.00 Years (12 Months) (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited) Note: The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent.

The Tenderer must submit ongoing and existing commitments details separately.

The Tenderer must have submitted the Certification of registration in the Labour department with the latest renewal.

The Bidders shall deposit E.M.D of Rs. 80,000/- through any e-payment mode.

3.2To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have during last five years i.e., from 2020-21 to 2024-25.a) The tenders must have achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of an amount Not less than Rs.39.62 Lakhs during last five years. With UDIN Number certified by Chartered Accountant, If Failed to Satisfy the condition tender will be rejected Note: The returns submitted to the I.T. along with the Profit and Loss account statement, Balance sheet should be uploaded for the financial turnover criteria.

The tenders must be accompanied credit line/ letter of credit/ certificate from bank for meeting the requirement of not less than Rs.11.89 Lakhs.
