Repair and routine maintenance of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of Monarch make fully automatic electrical Dumbwaiter &Passenger Passenger lifts , capacity of lifts 272/250 KG with power operated door simplex collective control system to serve (G+5), upper floors- COY /69- 01 Nos & NDIC/99- 01 Nos including repair/replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearings, bushes, all types of shoes, headers, hangers, door rope, door cards, door locks, control cards, and its contacts, control connector/ links, hall push buttons and its covers, welding of cracks/ broken any MS items/ parts, repair/ replacement (in case of unservicable) of door drive door safety edge working at any principle and any type of sensor or mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contact,shaft limit switches, COP buttons, car position indicator, car door sills and landing door sills, Fire alaram toggal switches,intercoms, smoke detactor, mainentance of VVVF drive and Auto Rescue Device, repairs of wiring & cables as per requirement for safe operation of lift, cabin fan, cabin light etc,complete to ensure safety and smooth operation of lift and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge total Lifts -02 Nos. All as per item No 1 above but with collapsible door Goods lift 3000 kgs capacity of MDAG/32, MFAB/11 , WECORS Phase IV, WECORS Phase -I & DGME Complex department (3000 kg) above department to serve (G+M+1+2) upper floor at Naval dockyard (Total Lifts 05 Nos). Note : - Annual inspection of lift Inspector to be done Payment included in the quoted rate .

Note : - For item No. 1.00 to 10.00 (i) The Contractor has to carry out the AMC of the Lifts through OEM only (ii) The AMC should cover any/all parts of Lifts if its fucntions found defective the same should be repaired or replaced by the OEM as per the timeline covered under norms. (iii) One mechanic shall be available round the clock at lift complaint cell for safe & smooth functioning of the lift. (iv) Rewinding of motor if required will be done by the contractor and no extra cost will be given by the department. (v) The detailed lift mechanics of the firm shall report to the JE Concerned at the Lift complaint cell for receiving the complaints at round the clock daily including sunday and holiday. (vi) The detailed lift mechanics shall sign ( Their shift wise) in the attendence register kept with lift cell. (vii) Cost of minor spare parts / routine material required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate except items mentioned here-in-after. No additional cost of spares is admissible for the above maintenance. Decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final & binding regarding minor spares/ routine material (viii) Monthly schedule for proper maintenance of lift and necessary documentation including all spare parts required to be replaced during the period shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ix) All minor spare parts and parts required for repair / replacement for maintenance of lifts to be replaced during AMC at no extra payment. (x) Bidders are to submit license from Govt. of maharashtra for maintenace & erection of lifts issued by chief electrical inspector.

Taking out of unserviceable governor steel wire rope after disconnecting. supply and fix new steel wire rope 8mm dia, 8/19 construction including necessary connection with pully in machine room and shaft pit complete with clamp, nut, bolt, washer, etc 544Kg /1088 Kg at Fabrication department at Naval Dockyard complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable hall push butten assembly with new hall push button assemblyand including control/electric connection complete with illuminated push button and direction indicator with 7 segment LED display with LPI/ LPC card of stainless steel face plate to match with the existing card/ control system, including cutting of wall and making good disturbed surface with masonry work to match with existing surface for Goods lift /Passenger lift at dockard complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling and taking out of unservicable main steel wire rope after necessary disconnecting from counter weight pulley and car cabin and supplying and fixing new main steel wire rope 13mm dia 8/19 construction (Make - USHA MARTIN) including proper necessary connection with counter weight pulley and car cabin with clamps, bolts, washers, etc confirming to IS-14865 latest edition in Passenger lift OF 544Kg /1088 Kg at Fabrication department at Naval Dockyard complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting and takingout unservicable emergency alarm system Complete S&F new emergency alarm system assembly on ground floor landing complete with PCB card battery backup battery charging unit and speaker including necessary control/electric connection wiring with COP and control panel complete all as specified and directed Central machine shope and various other lift of Naval dockyard complete all as specified and directed

Replacement of car cabin fan from car cabin supply and fixing of new cabin fan non-oscillating type axial flow single speed 300mm sweep 240volts ISI mark with grill complete Make : EMCO/VBM/CINNI complete all as specified and directed at D& G department and certain other lifts of Naval dockyard complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable travelling cable from hoist way and supply & fixing new travelling cable PVC insulated 16core flat/round type with multistranded copper conductor 1100 Volts grade of size 0.75Sqmm confirming to IS and including thimbless suspended type freely move with car cabin up and down movements between ground and upper floors including necessary proper connectiion with Mid way junction and other connection required in circuit for passenger & Goods Lift of Naval Dockyard complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and Taking out all defective batteries from Existing ARD and supply and fixing new maintenance free batteries sutaible for ARD including necessary connection like battery terminals of brass and copper lead heavy duty to connect the battery terminal of 12V DC,17/18 AH(04nos batteries) for each ARD complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable COP assembly and supply,fixing and testing new car oprating panel assembly complete with illuminated push button for floor position alaram non stop ,DOOR CLOSE ,DOOR OPEN CABIN FAN CABIN LIGHT stop attend out key etc in and including direction indicator with 7segment display with CPI card and stainless steel face plate duly connecting with existing control and electric system complete all as specified and directed for PM Building both lifts

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable defective main VVVF drive from existing control pannel, S&F new main VVVF drive unit of make : Yashikawa(Japan) suitable 11.0 KW capacity in existing panel and connected with existing system including testing and commissioning complete for smooth functioning jerk free working of lift with all necessary electric connection all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge at for PM Building both lifts Naval Dockyard

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable landing door supply and fixing new landing door comprise of 02 No power operated 900 mm centre opening by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel 18 SWG with hair line finish, flush type panel complete with hangers, headers gate lock aluminium sill etc for 08/13 Ps lift at PM BUILDING, FMU complex complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in –Charge

Dismantling and taking out U/S car door from car cabin supplying and fixing new car door comprises of 02 No power operated, 900 opening by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel of 18 SWG with hairline finish (N-304) flush type panels complete with removed headers, hangers, door drive unit with aluminium sill VVVF door drive unit for motor complete with all accessories control connection etc. for 08/13 Ps lift at PM BUILDING, FMU complex all as Specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling existing cabin side panels and supply and fix side encosures on three side of cabin made from SS 304 grade sheet, 1.2 mm thick, hair line finish, and Stainless steel 1.2 mm thick sheet false ceiling with cut out for fan, fan grill, LED lights etc suitable lift cabin having 08 persons capacity, including safety instruction, Do & Dont board, emergency Numbers etc for as per existing width & depth in PM BUILDING 08/13 PS AUTO complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Dismantling existing cabin MS Platform and ceiling and supply and fix new platform made from 3 mm thick formed 120 x 60 mm channel, covered with 5 mm thick aluminium checkered plate on MS Sheet and ceiling made from 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, in powder quoted finish, as per existing width and depth in PM BUILDING 08/13 PS AUTO complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Dismantling and taking out u/s old control panel and control wiring and S & F new control panel in hinged MS powder quoted cabinet, with control wiring comprising with multiple micro controlled programmed chip based, controlled by pulse modulation, complete with all safeties such as thermal over load protection , over current protection, auto phase reverse link to each other in net work, and compitable to 11 KW / 15.0 HP capacity VVVF drive including proper connection with proper lugs, terminal connectors screws and motor connection including wiring of main motor with suitable size of standard copper cable etc. for PM Building 13 PS Auto door Passenger lift & Goods lift complex all as Specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F in repairs breaking resistor choke for 15 HP VFD and necessary wiring including MS box enclosures for PM Building 13 PS Auto door complex all as Specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Replacement of M S collapsible doors with black color paint suitable for goods lift installed at NAVAL DOCKYARD, complex all as Specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Complete removal of existing paint from MS landing/Car Collapsible door by paint removers or any other method and applying a coat of red oxide primer and 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint, on both side of landing door (outer side and inner side) of any size and capacity of lift colour black various lift of Naval dockyard all a directed by Engineer-in-charge

Complete removal of paint from lift Machine, gearbox, main traction pulley & MS landing door by paint removers or any other menthod and applying a coat of red oxide primer and 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint, on both side of landing door and Main machine of ,Gear box main traction pulley including I section beams colour black/blue complete all as specified and directed

Taking out existing fittings and in lieu S & F new LED light fittings, 3 Watt complete with and including LED, all accessorirs fixutres as approved by the GE.

Dismantling and taking out old architrave from landing door complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Material & labour for 16-18mm thick mirror polished black granite slab, machine cut mirror polished cladding with chamfered/rounded edges approved decorative design including necessery PCC work granite slab & jointing in cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigement to match with shade of granite for lifts architrave at all floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out existing ELCB from machine & Supply & fix Complete new ELCB, 3 phase, 415 volts, 63 A capacity, having sensitivity 300 mA in machine room complex all as Specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix MCCB of 4 pole, 40 Amps rating suitable for 415 Volts in the existing LT Panel complex all as Specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
