Hire and labour charges for temporary robust gate structure as per design and direction of EIC. Ceilign hight minimum 18 ft and road covered width 36ft and 4ft depth , head height 7 ft. . The structure will be made with salbollah and or bamboo post, 6mm-8mm-12mm-16mm-19mm water proof with anti termite superior quality ply board of approved size and runner, cross support and covering with different designed materials / designed wooden/ ply board structure. The structure should be painted with weather coated oil paint (Asian Paint/Berger Paint) matching with the design. Both side of gate structure should be covered with venial backlit. The structure should be dismantled after completion of Mela. [ Area = 736 sqft (approx.) ]

Making temporary decorative decent illumination arrangement of gate structure on hire basis by fitting fixing at site of decorative board on salbollah/ bamboo gate structures including decorative design LED lighting power diffetent colour and different types/pattern LED lights suitable for the design. The wiring circuit of the lights should be design with good quality approved make insulated wire of required size maintaining all precautions and all IE rules

.This cost is including hiring and laying of 16 sq.mm 3.5 core Al Ar XLPE insulated cable and incomming supply should be controled by 32 amps 4 pole MCB / 32 amp TPN main switch. (The lighting arrangement inclusive of LED spot light, LED par 200 mtr-approx -20 nos and RGBW LED with DEX controler 12 channels, 10 nos, 50 watt warm white LED floor light 100 nos with warm white LED fluorescent lamp) N.B-Approved design will be handed over after getting confirmation from District / Local Administration
