Supplying & laying of 2x1.5 sqmm fire survival armoured cable, 600/1000V rated with annealed coper conductor having XLPE insuulation, steel wire armouring & FRLS outer sheath complete as required.
supplyingh and drawing of cable fire retardant PVC insulated copper conduter cable in the exitingh surface / recessed steel conduit of following pairs, coress and size including connections and interconnections etc. as required

Supplying and fixing 25 mm dia MS flexible pipe with PVC coating along with all ancillaries and accessories like coupler etc. as required
Supplying, installation, testing and commission of cloud based facility management software for remote health monitoring utilising cloud based software-as-a-service web application and supplementary network gateway software. System shall provide secure web access to cloud based web application using any of the web browsers like Google Chrome (preferable), Internet Explorer etc. from any computer/ tablet/ smartphone connected over internet via defined credentials – username and password. The cloud based web application shall capture all fire alarm system data as received from the system via supplementary gateway hardware of the same make as Fire Alarm Panel. The software shall display real time view of fire system effectiveness, multi-location unified view, custom dashboard, device level information, 100000 events, scheduled reporting, e-mail of critical alarms as per specifications.
Dismantling of the old fire detection system including removing of cable, detector, call points, R.I.s, Panels, etc. mending good the damages and dumping all dismantled items at a designated place in IIT Delhi etc. as directed.
(Supplementary Agreement shall be formed for Sub Head - 2)
Sub Head - 2 ( Round the Clock Monitoring & Maintenance)
Routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance & round the clock x 7 days monitoring of installed Fire Detection & Alarm system by deputing skilled technical [minimum ITI Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation passed] person[s] who shall be vigilant and be available round the clock x 7 days etc. as required. [N.B. - [a] Materials, if any, required due to fault / malfunction of the system during DLP to be given & to be replaced by the contractor [b] Attendance of deputed staff shall be maintained through manual as well as biometric machine to be kept in the fire control room [c] any shortfall of attendance of staff will affect the billing proportionately [d] Latest Labour regulation shall be complied strictly]. 1 Job means for a period of 01 month N.B.:: 1st year to be done free of cost [to be reckoned from the date of commissioning of the entire installations to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge]
