REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION IN JCOS/OR MD ACCN AT D-IB AND D-III ZONE UNDER AGE E/M-I OF GE(N) MAMUN

Taking down carefully unsv copper/aluminium point wiring (light/fan/Bell/socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, lamp holders, brackets, pendent, regulators, sketch fitting etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for taking credit and making good to disturb surface of wall/floor with cement mortar and finishes to match existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring using 3 x 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable(Phase, neutral and earth wire) drawn through and incl concealed conduit medium grade of dia not less than 20mm and 1.8mm thick and connected to common earth dolly with 1.6 mm thick cadmium plated CI/GI pressed steel sunken boxes and 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover fixed with brass screws complete including cutting grooves for concealed wiring for light/fan/bell point controlled by one 1 way switch complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Conduit shall be fixed on surface/ceiling with necessary saddles where concealing of conduit is not feasible. 2. Connections of cable with MCBs or switch/sockets shall be done through proper size copper/brass pin/U type thimbles.

All as per Ser item No 2 abvoe but for one 5 Amp socket outlet point on same board controlled by one switch 5 Amp one way.

All as per Ser item No 2 but for one 5 Amp socket outlet points controlled by one switch 5 Amps one way on independent board.

All as per item No. 2 but for one above but one 15Amp socket point with 3x2.5Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi-strand copper conductor.

S&F in replacement sub Main Wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded flexible copper conductor cable of size 2x6 sqmm and one single core PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed flexible copper conductor 6 sqmm size (green colour) cable as earthing lead connecting to main earthing dolly drawn in existing PVC concealed conduit complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 20W surface / wall mounted box type batten LED luminaire having pressure die cast aluminium housing, PC diffuser and integrated electronic driver with high efficiency, CRI = 80 (Minimum), PF > 0.95, luminous efficacy ≥ 120 lumens/Watt operating voltage 140V-240V, CCT≥5700+/-300K, THD < 10% complete with all accessories internally prewired and including connecting up with 3 core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size in flexible conduit pipe of suitable size from ceiling rose to connector of LED fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement surface mounted 10 Watt 2' box type LED batten as mirror light with wall mounting arrangment including connecting up with 3 core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size in flexible conduit pipe of suitable size from ceiling rose to connector of LED fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Energy saving, surface mounted, bulk head LED luminaire 10 W with PDC aluminium housing and polycarbonate diffuser complete including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement SPN MCB DB 8 way sheet metal enclosures double door 230 V AC, 50 Hz AC with IP 43 and IK 09 rating having fully insulated copper busbar of rating not less than 100Amps, insulated neutral bar, earth bar and cable ties for cable management including polyuthrene gasket complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCB SP 240V, 50Hz of rating 6 to 32 Amp with breaking capacity of 10 kA having bi-connect terminals on the bottom terminals for looping and 35Sqmm termination capacity on both terminals with insulated sliding shutters and two position DIN rail clamp for easy mounting complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 27 above but for size 32 Amps MCB SPN.

M&L for repair to existing switch board by taking out the old existing ser/unsv switches, sockets ,regulators any type and refixing the serviceable switch/sockets after replacement of old unsv/broken Hylum sheet of thickness not less than 3mm of size upto 5"x5" complete all as specified and directed.

Same as per item No 29 above but of size 8"x5"

S&F in replacement concealed GI/CI sheet metal box (16 Guage) incl flush mounting in wall and taking out old rusted sunken box of size upto 7"x4" and making good to disturb surface of wall/floor with cement mortar and finishes to match existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 32 above but for size 8"x10".

Taking down carefully serviceable single phase energy meters from meter box after carefully disconnecting the electrical connections and keeping aside for refixing and dismantling old burnt/unsv meter box and removing to store for keeping in safe custody for taking credit and making good to disturbed surfaces of walls , floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement sheet moulded compound(SMC) meter box fire retardant type of size not less than 600x500x150mm to enclose 04 Nos single phase electric meters with hinged type front operated door having transparent acrylic sheet and proper locking arrangement and flush mounting in wall incl refixing the serviceable electric meters dismantled under Srl Item No 34 and making electrical connections including cleaning of disturbed area and making good the disturbed surface and matching with existing specification complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Total amount of SCHEDUL 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs 65,210.00 ( to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum.
