Taking out from trenches or wall/ pole/ pipe or road crossing, HT cable 11000 volts grade heavy duty , armoured with steel strip of wire , with stranded aluminium conductor of any size upto 240 Sqmm, any core , for rectification of faults or replacement. Seggregating serviceable cable and unserviceable length by meggering or any other suitable and recommended method. Removing unserviceable from site and keeping aside serviceable for reuse at same location or any other location complete all as specified and directed. Note :- [Excavation & Earth work will be measured and paid separately under respective item of this BOQ]

Supply, laying, connecting, testing and commissioning of cable HT 11 KV, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3 core,11KV grade, (Earthed) with aluminium conductor.

All as per above Srl. Item No. 02 but of size 185 Sqmm 3 Core

Supply, fixing, commissioning and testing of HT busbar chamber factory made , powdered coated ,CPRI approved ,floor mounting outdoor type,double door, cubical panel fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet suitable for 11000 Volts ,3 phase , weather proof, fabricated on 50X50X4 mm thick MS angle iron frame of size 75cm complete , high tension supply comprising of capacity 200 Amp (3 strip) aluminium bus bar for phase mounted on post insulators complete including painting internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and panel all as specified and directed Note :- (i) Unit rate will include the cost of grouting and making all electric connection.

Material & Labour for cable termination outdoor, heat shrinkable type suitable for XLPE cable of size 95 Sqmm to 120 sqmm 3 core with working voltage 11000 volts with jointing material and accessories including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use with in 50m or for disposal or taking credit from contractor all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only the cross arms items retrieved from item No 11 here in above with supports/ angle iron frame etc incl nut, bolt, washer, welding, bending, hot or cold drilling holes for fixing insulators ,bolts in any size or shape complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one Prime coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully aluminium conductor of any size from OH Lines (running on 9/11 poles) after unbinding from insulators for replacement of multijointed / undersize conductors complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for ACSR conductor of any size drawn straight horizontal on over head lines on poles including binding with insulators using aluminium binding wire, jointing jumpers etc including connections of incoming and out going cables complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling earth wire from LT/HT OH line after unbinding from pole to re-use or for shifting to MES store for taking credit to contractor all as specified.

Material & Labour for Galvanised steel earth wire of service feeder or distribution span of street light poles including binding with insulators using GI binding wire, jointing jumpers etc including connections of incoming and outgoing cables complete all as specified.

Restretching of ACSR conductor of any size of over head lines LT/HT on poles including binding with insulators, jointing jumpers etc including connections of incoming and out going cables complete all as specified and directed. Note: (1) ACSR conductor Required for winding etc is deemed included in quoted rates. (2) The distance between two poles shall be considered as one Span for measurement purpose.

Trimming up of tree branches upto 5 mtr all around HT overhead lines, removing cut branches from site complete all as directed. Note :- (i) The overhead lines will be kept clear from all trees by trimming of tree branches with 5 mtr all around the line. Necessary permission will be obtained from department by contractor one day prior to trimming in particular area and shut down of that area will be arranged by department accordingly. The trimming work shall be commenced once it is permitted by AGE.(ii) only effective length i.e length where tree branches are touching HT line or neaby HT line shall only be measured & paid under this item. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained by the deptt at later stage. (iii) Fortnightly inspection of lines will be made jointly by contractor or his authorised rep and rep of Engr-in-Charge and outcome whether lines are free from tree branches or not kept on record for payment. (iv) The OH line will be maintained for whole period of contract and full payment will be made with Final Bill only. The payment for the period for which line not maintained will be deducted proportionately based on fortnightly inspection carried out as detailed above.

Dismantling insulators of any type, any size from 11 KV OH line complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only insulators retrieved under Srl item No 20 above all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for polymeric Pin type,insulator, 11 KV, 5 KN including connected accessories,insulator shall be legibly and indelibly marked (embossing/engraved) to show the name & Trade mark of the manufacturer, Month & Year of manufacturing, Voltage & Type, Minimum Failling Load ( in KN) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Disc type insulator,45 KN with fitting T&C / B&S type assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts, insulator shall be legibly and indelibly marked (embossing/engraved) to show the name & Trade mark of the manufacturer, Month & Year of manufacturing, Voltage & Type, Minimum Failling Load ( in KN) all as specified and directed all as directed.

Material & Labour for porcelain post insulator,11 KV working voltage, creepage distance 320 mm ,diameter 150 mm,insulator shall be legibly and indelibly marked (embossing/engraved) to show the name & Trade mark of the manufacturer, Month & Year of manufacturing, Voltage & Type, Minimum Failling Load ( in KN) all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Stay assembly using 20mm dia MS stay rod and stay plate of size 300x300x6mm thick, stay bow , loop insulator 90x140 mm made of porcelain vitreous and galvanised stay strand of size 7/4mm suitable for 11m pole, nuts, bolts and check nuts of GI shackle and clamp etc all as shown in Electrical Plate No 01 of SSR Part-I of 2009 including dismantling existing stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation/earthwork and PCC in foundation shall be measured and paid separately)

Material & Labour for in replacement galvanized stay strand of size 7/4 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour in replacmement loop type insulator large size with overall dimensions (90 x140) mm with clearance of hole 25.5 mm vitreous white brown or green complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for GI tubing light grade 100 mm bore with fittings laid for protection of cable under road crossing fixed to walls or pole complete all as specified and directed. [Note :- Clamps for fixing pipe, nuts, bolts washers shall be measured separately]

Material & Labour for GI tubing light grade 80mm bore with fittings laid for protection of cable under road crossing fixed to walls or pole complete all as specified and directed. [Note :- Clamps for fixing pipe, nuts, bolts washers shall be measured separately]

Excavation in trenches in Soft/loose of soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each all as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for dry fine sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable all as direted. Note : [Punned thickness shall be measured & paid]

Material and Labour for Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregrate for foundation filling as mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode, 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, buried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal (ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32 x 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI up to test point, GI tubing 40 mm bore medium grade protection pipe, GI watering pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh, charcoal and salt, 40mm thick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (Nominal mix) cover reinforced with XPM (weighing n.less than 4 Kg/Sqm) with suitable steel handle, and angle iron 40X40X3mm frame and chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-0 (including earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc.50m) and connecting, testing on completion, all as shown on electric plate No. 03 of SSR-2009 Part-I, complete all as directed. Notes: 1. GI pipe as protection earthlead and earthlead GI strip 32x6mm upto 7.50 mtr shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of earthing. 2. Earth filling shall be done by vegitable soil. 3. Soil should be free from stone, boulders, aggregate, gravels etc.
