Material & Labour for Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ burnt clay old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 ,with and including demolition of brickwork,stone masonry buolt in cement mortar including all quoins,arches pillars,etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement, with and including taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick wall or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc including removing rubbish material from site and thrown in low lying empty area complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brickwork/concrete / stone surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement,with and including taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick wall or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc including removing rubbish material from site and thrown in low lying empty area complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cable, pipes etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in Soft/ Loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick, in any type of soil complete all as spefied and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material/soils to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc.1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as spefied and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 200mm bore (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar with and including Material & Labour for 200mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:(a) Earth work such as excavation , , returning filling and removal shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate items of schedule 'A' BoQ (b) Laying of the sewage line in the presence of flowing sewage, including temporary diversion/plugg­ing of the existing sewage line and bailing out of sewage water, shall be the sole responsibility of the Contractor. The cost of all such operations shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates and shall not be paid for separately.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150mm bore (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar with and including Material & Labour for 150mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:(a) Earth work such as excavation , , returning filling and removal shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate items of schedule 'A' BoQ (b) Laying of the sewage line in the presence of flowing sewage, including temporary diversion/plugg­ing of the existing sewage line and bailing out of sewage water, shall be the sole responsibility of the Contractor. The cost of all such operations shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates and shall not be paid for separately.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3: 6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in concrete bed for drain pipes of 200 mm bore, laid to required slope including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested including form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Thickness of concrete bed below the barrel of pipe shall be 15 cm. (ii) Width of concrete bed shall be outer diameter of drain pipes (not of sockets / collar) plus 30cm.(iii) Excavation , earth work , returning filling shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate items of schedule 'A' BoQ.
