Note : All unserviceable materials obtained out of demolition/dismantling/taking down (other than those for which credit catered under Schedule of credit) shall be disposed of outside MoD Land. Quoted rates against respective item shall deemed to include for same.

B/R ITEMS Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal all rubbish material complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 Sqcm and over in section, in any position complete all as directed.

Dismantling of timber fillet, rails, post, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 Sqcm in section unframed or framed work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron, or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed.

Taking down existing roof treatment including PCC padding over roof, removing complete layer of bitumen under PCC padding, cement mortar & felt cleaning the surface by hacking to receive plaster and removing demolished material outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting/galvalume sheet any guage, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering,complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, excluding cover fillets complete all as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description, on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water, etc. & removing rubbish off the premises, complete all as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness size quality or description) from wooden frames or stone concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beeds complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections alongwith bib tap, stop cocks and other fittings including cleaning for refixing or removal complete all as specified and directed :-

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, coved fillets, rounded or chamfered on edges & including form work to concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing liquid complete all as directed.

M & L for second class hard wood clean swan as in scantling fixed in timber framed work or independently complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for second class hardwood plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads section area exc 13 Sqcm but n.exc 25 Sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for second class hardwood weather boarding, clean sawn, plain, 20 mm thick or feather edged 15 mm to 20 mm thick and fixed with 30 mm laps complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc confirming to Fe 410-W(Gde E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fix APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm , black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester reinforcement matt, with a thermo fusable finish laid over compatible cold emulsion bituminous primer applied at the rate of 0.40 Kg/Sqm by torching with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm on longitudinal direction and 100mm on transverse direction including sealing all as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as directed. Note: (i) Coved fillets in PCC(1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, of radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty/chimney/other vertical surfaces and thereafter surface painted with hot paving bitumen of Grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73, [email protected] Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 45cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall of brick masonry and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. (iii) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. (iv) In case of stone masonry parapet wall etc a groove of size 25mmx25mm(minimuim) shall be made in coved fillet at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty Chimny/other vertical surfaces and polimeric membrane insterted in groove and sealed with paving bitumen (v) Exposed surfaces of APP membrane shall be applied with one coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 100 Gms/Sqm. (vi) Above aspects are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

S & F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based trapizoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick (overall) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick (overall) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturers instructions completed all as specified and directed.

M & L for 4mm thick asbestos cement plain building boards fixed to timber/steel framework with screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 over slab complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surface or on fair faces of brick surfaces of ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry/concrete surfaces, mixed with water proofing liquid @ 150ml per 50 Kg bag of cement and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Supply only Water Proofing Liquid shall be measured and paid separately)

S & F 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling/soffits of chajjas complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls, chajjas etc by mechanical scrubber including cleaning of any mortar drops, fungus efflorescent salts etc and preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of water based acrylic antifungal / weather proof exterior emulsion paint over one coat of exterior grade acrylic primer complete all as directed. Make-Apex Ultima of Asian, weather shield MAX of ICI/Dulux, weather coat long life of Beger, Acroguard 3X of Acro paint.

M & L for preparation of old painted wooden or wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described n exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing surface of wood or wood based materials, new or old of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with creosote complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden or wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described n exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality over and including one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden or wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality over and including one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed for following sizes:-

110mm bore

S&F steel water tubing, galvanized, medium grade, with all fittings, fixed to walls and ceiling or in floor complete all as specified and directed for following sizes:-

15mm bore.

20mm bore.

Fixing only old serviceable steel water tubing, galvanized, medium grade, with all new fittings, fixed to walls and ceiling or in floor complete all as specified and directed for following sizes:-

15mm bore.

20mm bore.

S & F in repairs 20mm dia, ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing PVC/PCC tanks, setting aside (or lowerring if required) for repairs, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc using bleaching powder from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipe etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position for tanks of capacity exc 250 litres and not exc 500 litres all as specified and directed.
