M & L for point wiring for one light / fan point controlled by one switch with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated, unsheathed multi strand copper conductor cable FR-LSH in and including PVC conduit 20 mm dia medium grade ISI marked, PVC gang boxes mounting on wall including PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable FR-LSH connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Switches, sockets etc shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items ).

M & L for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 4 Sqmm, single core, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable FR-LSH conforming to IS-694, 1100 volts with copper conductor multi stranded drawn in and including 20mm dian non metallic PVC grey conduit with all accessories such as Tees, Elbows, junction box, reducers etc as requied alongwith one run of 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor FR-LSH cable as continuos earth wire dolly and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board of each building / qtr as ordered and testing including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring complete all as specified and directed. (Note : 2 runs of 4 sqmm cable, 1 run of 2.5 sqmm single core copper cable and 1 run of non metalic PVC conduit shall be measured as single run).

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for pipe line, cable trenches etc not exceeding 10 sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unservicable under ground LT XLPE / PVC cable of any size from trenches / wall / roof / road / pipe / pole / DB including taking out of brick layer of cable protection complete all as directed.
