Supplying and fabrication of steel and placing in position of TMT steel rods for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification in TNDSS NO:97 V,VI (S6) VII (S6), VII-3.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 Mix (One part cement, one and half part sand and three part of aggregate)using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement etc. Complete with std. Specifications.(Using Vibrator) TNDSS NO: 30 V, VI (S3), VII-3.

Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) using new best II Class Bricks of size 9 ” x 4 3/8 “x 2 3/4 ” from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.(For 10 M3)

Supplying and fixing of M.S grill Gate of approved design for doors, using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer memebers which should be fixed to frames inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of cement paint over one coat of cement primer as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, and including cost of primer etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specificationsfor 10 sqm
