Installation, Testing and Commissioning for Digital Water Level recorders (DWLRs) hydrostatic pressure type sensor with desired measurement range along with standard sensor cable length for piezometer as specified in the List of installation sites for DWLR along with junction box and signal cable and with all necessary accessories, battery operated data logger and telemetry System based on GSM & GPRS, including the cost of communication for using GSM & GPRS and other related charges complete as per the technical specifications to be installed at designated locations on piezometers along with necessary protective measures to avoid any theft or vandalism, within Telangana
Integration of GSM & GPRS data with the existing State Data Center (SDC) at Ground Water Dept, Hyderabad with all ancillary equipment as per technical specifications.
Five Years Operation & Maintenance and Comprehensive Warranty for entire DWLRs with Telemetry system including the cost of communication for using GSM & GPRS and other related charges along with accessories, installed at designated locations within under this contract after final acceptance and up gradation of all software associated with DWLR systems. This includes replacement of batteries, material/ goods & consumables as & when required at bidders cost. The cost of Communication for GSM & GPRS SIM charges and other related charges for data transmission shall be borne by bidder (Continuous activity for five years after successful commissioning and final acceptance certificate of DWLR)
First Year: Operation & maintenance during Comprehensive AMC period after completion of Warranty period for entire DWLRs with telemetry system as specified in Schedule of Requirement along with all accessories, installed at designated locations within under this contract after completion of 5 years warranty period of DWLR systems. This includes the replacement of batteries, material/ goods & consumables as and when required at bidder’s cost, the cost of communication using GSM & GPRS, SIM charges, and other related charges for data transmission shall be borne by bidder Continuous activity for two years after five years O&M and warranty period, Year 1 after expiry of O&M and warranty period of 5 years)
Second Year:Operation & maintenance during Comprehensive AMC period after completion of Warranty period for entire DWLRs with telemetry system as specified in Schedule of Requirement along with all accessories, installed at designated locations within under this contract after completion of 5 years warranty period of DWLR systems. This includes the replacement of batteries, material/ goods & consumables as and when required at bidder’s cost, the cost of communication using GSM & GPRS, SIM charges, and other related charges for data transmission shall be borne by bidder (Continuous activity for two years after five years O&M and warranty period, Year 2 after expiry of O&M and warranty period of 5 years)
Training of the purchaser's personnel as per details given in technical specification at the supplier’s plant and/or/onsite in assembly, startup, operation, maintenance and/or repair of DWLR with telemetry and relevant software and supplied goods. Course topics will include sensor calibration, data logger configuration, data downloading, data retrieval, collection, Trouble shooting, processing maintenance requirements and procedure for equipment configuration, installation, site testing and commissioning including training kit containing course material in soft and hard copies as per technical specification
