OUTSOURCING OF SERVICES HOUSE KEEPING SERVICES FOR SAFAIWALA AND CHOWKIDAR UNDER CWE NAVY VASCO

Providing services for cleaning of CWE (Navy) Vasco office premises and different offices under CWE(Navy) Vasco as listed here-in-after including rooms,corridors, toilet, bathrooms, surroundings etc during office hours by employing conservancy staff Safaiwala(Unskilled Labour) ( 31 Nos) for regular shift (07.30 hrs to 15.30 hrs ) complete all as specified and directed by Officer-in-Charge. Notes : The contractor's quoted rates against the above item shall be deemed to include the following elements :- (i) The contractor shall provide two pairs of uniforms alongwith shoes initially to the conservancy staff ( Safaiwala ) and two pairs after six months (ii) The contractor shall supply cleaning & hygienic materials like brooms, wiper, phenol, colin, dettol, disinfectant, detergent etc for cleaning purposes. (iii) All the rooms, corridors, toilets, bathrooms etc shall be cleaned daily In bathroom and toilets, cleaning by water mixed with phenol etc by suitable means shall be done twice daily and at other locations ,once daily.

(iv) Cleaning of toilet, where it may be specified that the toilets shall remain clean and dry at all times by cleaning twice a day. (v) Disinfection of rooms and frequency of cleaning of the windows, glass panes, doors, dusting of tables etc daily. (vi) Rearranging of furniture etc after cleaning. (vii) Removal of cob-webs as and where directed by Officer in Charge fortnightly. (viii) Cleaning of roofs and drains before onset of Monsoon. (ix) Security of office equipment and installations during cleaning activities. (x) Conservancy services staff ( Safaiwala ) will perform duty of 8hrs duration from 0730hrs to 1530hrs for each working day of month, with weekly one day off for each. The off day will be as directed by Officer-in- Charge as ordered in muster roll. (xi) Ensure cleanliness of premises all as directed by Officer-in- Charge.

(xii) Distribution of Safaiwala(Unskilled Labour) as under :- (a) CWE ( Navy ) Vasco office ( including Mess Complex ) -01 No (b) GE (NW) Vasco office (including installations) - 10 Nos (c) GE (Gomantak ) Vasco office ( including store yard & installation)- 07 Nos (d) GE (Project) Vasco office -08 Nos (e) GE (Project) Mandovi office (including installations)- 05 Nos (xiii) The services of manpower deployed for one location may be utilized for other locations as per requirement of department. Contractor shall not have any claim on this account
