Taking down cement plaster on brick/ stone walling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

M&L Brick work with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 etc including demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for vitreous china European type wash down water closet pan, (Pedestal pattern), white including plastic water closet white closed pattern with flat bottom and cover with mild steel chromium plated hinging device and fixing bolts, necessary inlet and outlet, anti-syphonage pipe connections including making good complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for vitreous china, squatting pan of 'Orissa' pattern, size 580 mm x 440 mm, white, with 'P' of 'S' Trap, front or back inlet and integral foot rests any pattern, including provision of lime concrete bedding, 10 litres capacity PVC low level flushing cistern, all internal fittings, inlet, outlet pipe connections etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for 10 litres capacity PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including bracket complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for 5mm thick float glass looking mirror of any size with 6mm thick ply wood back and aluminium powder coated frame complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for PVC cabinet with looking mirror, single shutter of size 350mm X 450mm X 100mm complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Prayag/ Commander as approved

Dismantling of structural steel work of any description

Supply and fix for mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using hollow mild steel sections for structural use conforming to IS 4923:1997 complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil as in berm of roads or any other places for providing proper slopes to rainwater or removing vegetation for maintaining defence assets and getting out complete all as specified

Removing excavated soil, debrises obtained from demolition from various locations (other than this work) from site to outside MOD land complete all as as directed. The location at out side MOD land for disposal shall be located by the contractor himself).

Note : 1. Rerformance security:- Refer Condition 22 of Special Conditions. 2. Quoted Contract Sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of Credit Schedule (refer Schedule of Credit in pdf form for quantity, rate and amount etc.) for old unserviceable materials retrieved from site. 3. The site is in scattered area. The building(s)/site(s) shall be handed over in phases and the contractor will have to arrange his working programme accordingly. No claim whatsoever for not giving the entire site on award of work and for giving the site gradually will be admissible, except granting fair and reasonable extension of time.
