SH-I: SITC of CCRs

Supply of FAA compliant, indoor type, natural air cooled microprocessor based Constant Current Regulator (CCR) of Thyristor control electronic type suitable for local and remote control with 24/48V DC control supply with 5 position brightness control and suitable for operation on input voltage of 230/415V, 50Hz. AC supply and output of 50KW at 6.6A rating with all necessary accessories/protections etc., complete as required.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 50 KW CCR (Microprocessor Based) including minor civil works, provision for cable entry, connecting all the field cables, power cables, control cables, earthing etc., complete as required.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 10 KW CCR (Microprocessor Based) including minor civil works, provision for cable entry, connecting all the field cables, power cables, control cables, earthing etc., complete as required.

Dismantling of existing 50/10 KW Youyang make microprocesaor based CCRs including disconnection dismantling of power/control cables/earthing and shifting CCRs to AAI store, stacking etc., as per the direction of Engineer in Charge complete as required.

SH II : CMC OF CCRs

All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance (AICMC) of 03 Nos., 50KW CCRs including all spares and consumables, providing full support during breakdown & trouble shooting, programming, carrying out Quarterly routine maintenance checks, preventive and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practices, recommendations of the respective Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge for maintaining the systems. This includes keeping the system in acceptable functional and serviceable state etc. as specified including cost of all spare parts.

First Year after Completion of 2 year DLP (Considered 3% of SITC Cost of item No. 1.01 & 3)

Second Year (Considered Yearly 5% cumulative enhancement on 1st year after DLP)

Third Year (Considered Yearly 5% cumulative enhancement on 2nd year after DLP)

Fourth Year (Considered Yearly 5% cumulative enhancement on 3rd year after DLP)

Fifth Year (Considered Yearly 5% cumulative enhancement on 4th year after DLP)
