Providing and applying 6mm thick Antistatic Epoxy PU flooring system ensuring the concrete surface is sound, even, firm and at least 14 days old with moisture content not exceeding 5% and preparing the surface mechanically by grinding/shot blasting to remove dust, laitance and other contaminants like oil/ grease and then providing one coat of two component solvent free penetrative epoxy-based primer shaliprime-2ESF/Nitoprime 25 or equivalent followed by 3mm Epoxy screed with ShaliFloor SL UL 3ES/Nitoflor SL 2000 or equivalent alongwith providing and laying 25 mm X 25 mm thick epoxy coving shall be provided at juction of wall & floor. Self-adhesive Copper Strip of 25mm width and 200microns thick is laid on the surface (at a distance of 1 Meter to each other in both direction or as per requirement of site to achieve the technical criteria ) over the cured epoxy screed and then application of conductive primer ShaliPrime 2E ASC / Nitoprime 25 or equivalent is laid followed by 1mm base coat and 2mm Top Coat with ShaliFloor SL AS 3EPU/Nitoflor SL Conductive/Disspative or equivalent , a three component, monolithic, smooth, non-porous, hygienic, chemical resistant and easy to clean polyurethane self-leveling antistatic dissipative flooring system all complete as per approved shade and colour, as per manufacture’s specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. The rate comprises of all expenditure involved in all activities including man, machinery and materials . (Execution of work to be done through authorised vendor of manufacturer or vendor having the experience of Epoxy flooring the area equal to 210 sqm in last 3 years. Required credential of vendor shall be submitted to EIC for necessary approval.)

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps atjunctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in- charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: (a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. (b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. (c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium items. The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places." sqm 3405.90

SITC of Weather Proof/ Flame Proof group II A, II B as IS 2148/- IP-55 and more protected LED Light fitting of minimum 90 watt well glass/flood light with accessories complete as required. Make: Sudhir , Crompton or as approved by EIC

SITC of Flame proof Fitting rotary switch 16 amp with termination box and accessories complete as required .

SITC of Flame Proof Rotary switch light points in weather/ flame proof area conforming IS -5572 (Part-1) and to IS: 2148/1981 for group-I, IIA, IIB, including all accessories in LM-6 Aluminium Alloy such as Junction Boxes, Glands etc complete conforming to Degree of Protection IS-2147/1962, including the cost of providing terminal box of LM-6 to conforming to the latest IS. Two lights point controlled by one switch.

SITC of Flame proof weather proof enclosure for junction box internal size 100mm x 60mm having terminal 15 amps -4 way open strip type terminals with accessories complete as required.

Supply and wiring with the following size 1100V grade XLPE insulated copper unarmoured conductor FRLS cables surface of wall / ceiling including all accessories such as saddle etc. 3 Core x 2.5 sq.mm

Providing END terminations with copper lugs, double compression type gland with neoprene gasket using insulation tape, crimping tool etc. complete as required. 3 Core x 2.5 sq.mm

The Rod shall be of Copper Bonded Steel with 23.2 mm dia. and 10 feet length with a core of mild steel molecularly bonded with min. 250 microns coating of 99.99% pure electrolytic grade Copper and exothermically welded Cu Busbar of 50 X 6 X 200mm both tested by CPRI capable of bearing fault current of 35kA.
