Material and labour for servicing of outdoor VRF ACs capacity 12 HP (Dental New building) as per OEM(Voltas) direction with the help of Pressure Booster Pump along with chemical removing front PVC grills, air filters, cleaning, washing, removing dirt and including checking power connection .cleaning / wash of cooling coil of outdoor cooling unit and condenser coil of out door unit and re-assembling the dismantled components of its original position complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for servicing of out door VRF ACs capacity 10HP (Dental New building) as per OEM (Voltas) direction with the help of Pressure Booster Pump along with chemical removing front PVC grills, air filters, cleaning, washing, removing dirt and including checking power connection .cheleaning / wash of cooling coil of outdoor cooling unit and condenser coil of out door unit and re-assembling the dismantled components of its original position complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note - For ser item 1 and 2, during the contract period if more then one serviceing is required based cooling efficiency deemed in the quoted rate and time to time checkup for the healthy condition of instruments/equiptment are deemed to be included in quoted rate.Hard copy of servicing records should be deposit in this office before payment procedure.

Material and Labour for servicing of Cassette unit of various capacity with the help of Air pressure and chemical washing including cleaning of air filter refixing in its original position all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for servicing of fan coil unit (FCU) with the help of chemical cleaning and Pressure booster pump all as directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Material and labour for Top up Gas Charging with R-407C for Package type/VRF AC any make or any capacity all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F, in replacement of copper tubing of 3/8” dia suitable for VRF AC/Package type ACs as per existiong copper tube including brazing / cutting / bendinng all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for servicing Air cooled scroll type chiller unit with multi compresor capaacity 15 TR to 30 TR ( -ART,JRC,BMT and Lab) as per direction of OEM (Bluestar)comprising with following works (a) cleaning the cooling ,condense coil with the help of Pressure Booster Pump recommended chemical and removing extra deposit material (b) Checking the helthly condition of compressor along with electric cable connection. (c) PCB should be original sitting as per OEM recommendation and checking all electric cable connection ,during the serviceing if any type of cable for connection in the chiller unit should be replaced by the contractor with out any cost effect .(e) During the serviceing if the required welding /brazing /nut/bolt and which are not mentioned in the schedule but necessary for serviceing or made functional should be repaced by the contractor with out financial effects , all as directed and specified by the Engr-in-Charge. Note - during the contract period if more then one serviceing is requited based cooling efficiency and time to time checkup for the helthy condition of instruments/equiptment are deemed in the quoted rate.

M&L for dismantling of electric driven horizontal induction motor of capacity 2 HP of any type and make, including disconnecting of electric connections, dismantling of motor, taking out the burnt windings, cleaning and washing of slots and rewinding the same with copper winding wire of existing gauge and quantity (as per original manufacturer design) including replacement of all damaged parts if required i. e. bearings, bush, thrust plate, thrust bearing, connector plate, insulating materials such as insulating sheets insulating paper (Class "F"), sealing compounds etc. and reassembling the motor after varnishing, heating/drying, greasing of moving parts etc. and reinstallation of the motor in original location, checking the alignment, making proper electric connection, testing for smooth operation, complete all as directed. Note : (i) The cost of winding wire and all replaced defective parts are deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. (ii) The cost of transportation (to and fro) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at repair shop and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.
