Supply and fixing of new suitable 'Z' / 'L' type rubber seal with good quality rubber and adequate hardness for 2sides of spillway gates of size 12.2mtr x 7.6mtr using new SS cover plates,bolt and nuts washers,etc., complete after removing the old damaged rubber seals,seal cover plates,bolt and nuts,etc., complete as per IS 11855(2017) using gas cutting machineries and special tools & tackles without damaging the parent body of the gate and thoroughly cleaning the surface of the seating area as per the instruction of Engineer at site and also arresting the gate leakage to the permissible limit including cost of materials ,dismantling charges, overhanging arrangements, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete and the cost of reduction of retrieved materials.

Supply and fixing of new single stem musical note rubber seal Size 110 x 15 x 65 mm with good quality rubber and adequate hardness for 2sides and top of PUSHEP intake gate size 2.5mtr x 2.75mtr and scour vent gate size 0.92mtr x 1.52mtr of both regular and emergency gates using new SS cover plates,bolts and nuts, washers,etc., complete after removing the old damaged rubber seals,seal cover plates,bolt and nuts,etc., complete using gas cutting machineries and special tools & tackles without damaging the parent body of the gate and thoroughly cleaning the surface of the seating area as per IS 11855(2017) and as per the instruction of Engineer at site and also arresting the gate leakage to the permissible limit including cost of materials ,dismantling charges, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete and the cost of reduction of retrieved materials.

Supply and fixing of new 80 x 15mm size flat rubber seal with good quality rubber and adequate hardness for bottom of PUSHEP intake gate size 2.5mtr x 2.75mtr and scour vent gate 0.92mtrx1.52mtr of both regular and emergency gates using new SS cover plates,bolts and nuts, washers,etc., complete after removing the old damaged rubber seals,seal cover plates,bolts and nuts,etc., complete using gas cutting machineries and special tools & tackles without damaging the parent body of the gate and thoroughly cleaning the surface of the seating area as per IS 11855(2017) and as per the instruction of Engineer at site and also arresting the gate leakage to the permissible limit including cost of materials, dismantling charges, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete and the cost of reduction of retrieved materials.

Overhauling and reassembling of guide rollers,filler valves, pulleys etc., of scour vent gates size 0.92mtr x 1.52mtr of both regular and emergency and Singara Powerhouse intake gate complete using whatever suitable size/type spares required such as bearings, eccentric pins,seals,aluminium bronze bushes, spacer plates gaskets, plumber block, springs, etc., with good quality as per IS4622(2003) for ensuring the trouble free operation of the above said parts as per the instruction of Engineer at site including cost of materials, dismantling charges labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete and the cost of reduction of retrieved materials.

Overhauling and reassembling of guide rollers,pulleys, etc.,of spillway gate size 12.2mtrx7.6mtr complete using whatever suitable size/type spares are required such as bearings, eccentric pins,seals,aluminium bronze bushes,spacer plates,gaskets,springs,etc.,with good quality as per IS for ensuring the trouble free operation of the above said parts as per IS 4622(2003)standard and as per the instruction of Engineer at site including cost of materials, dismantling charges, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete and the cost of reduction of retrieved materials.

Over hauling and reassembling of the vertical screw gear mechanism, coupling, manual operating arrangements, plumber block, etc., complete for Singara intake gate using suitable size spares if any parts got damaged in it and then bring the entire operating assembly into service for trouble free operation as per IS 11228 ( 1985) and as per the instruction of the Engineer at site, including cost of dismantling, all materials, reconditioning charges, supporting arrangements , labour charges, leads, lifts, etc., complete and the cost of reduction of retrieved materials.

Supply, fabrication and erection of new vertical column support & cross bracing for PUSHEP Intake gate's hoisting platform for strengthening with ISMB300x140 as vertical support,using ISA75x75x6 as cross bracing and MS plate 20 mm thick for top support,replacement of scour vent gate guide channels and provision of step ladder for spillway and scour vent gate hoisting structures, Strengthening the worn out approach wooden platform of Singara PH intake gate by structural steel using suitable size steel structures as per IS 8500 (1999) and instruction of the Engineer at site including cost of dismantling charges, all machineries, materials, fabrication charges, labour charges, transporting charges, loading and unloading charges,etc., complete.

Supply, fabrication, testing and commissioning of fixed wheel type vertical lift gate of size 2.5x2.75 mtr. consisting of skin plate, vertical and horizontal girders, wheels, stiffeners, lifting pulleys,brackets, guide shoes, eccentric pins, guide rollers, bearings, oil seals, side cover plates, and, ballast blocks, lock studs, etc., with all accessories for PUSHEP intake (regular) and cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cutting, aligning, welding, finishing, cleaning, etc., complete as per specifications of the existing design for trouble free operation as per IS 4622 (2003),IS823 (1964)and as per the instruction of Engineer at the site including the cost of materials, labour charges, erection charges, lead & lifting arrangements, packing / forwarding charges for other materials and charges for dismantling the wornout gate without disturbing the existing hoisting structure.

Supply and fixing of new 44 mm dia / suitable size wire rope as per IS 2266 (2002) for the spillway gate using new fixing clamp,SS thimples,shackels,GI bolt & nuts, washer,etc., and also applying rope compound as per IS complete after removing the old damaged wire rope, clamb, bolt & nuts, etc., complete using gas cutting machineries and special tools & tackles without damaging the parent body of the rope drums & gate and thoroughly cleaning the surface of the fixing area as per the instruction of Engineer at site including the cost of deduction of retrieved materials which are taken away by the contractor, all materials, dismantling charges, labour charges, lead, lift, etc, complete.

Supply and fixing of new 25 mm dia / suitable size wire rope with as per IS 2266 (2002) for the Scour vent Regular and Emergency gate using new fixing clamps, SS thimple,clamps,GI bolt & nuts, washer, etc and also applying rope compound as per IS complete after removing the old damaged wire rope ,clamb,bolt & nuts,etc., complete using gas cutting machineries and special tools & tackles without damaging the parent body of the rope drums & gate and thoroughly cleaning the surface of the fixing area as per the instruction of Engineer at site including the cost of deduction of retrieved materials which are taken away by the contractor,all materials,dismantling charges,labour charges, lead, lift, etc, complete.

Supply and fixing of new 18mm dia / suitable size wire rope with as per IS 2266(2002) for the PUSHEP Intake's of both Regular and Emergency gates using new fixing clamp, SS thimble, GI bolt & nuts, clamps, washer, etc and also applying rope compound as per IS complete after removing the old damaged wire rope, clamb, bolt & nuts, etc., complete using gas cutting machineries and special tools & tackles without damaging the parent body of the rope drums & gate and thoroughly cleaning the surface of the fixing area as per the instruction of Engineer at site including the cost of deduction of retrieved materials which are taken away by the contractor,all materials,dismantling charges,labour charges, lead, lift, etc, complete.

Providing special arrangement to lift the Spillway gate from its groove to dam top and positioning the gate and lock the counter weight at top of the counter weight groove with out any movements to carryout gate works by using scaffolding materials, lifting jackies, structural members( ISMB,ISMC,ISA,,M.S Rods,Pipes,Plates,etc.) ,clamps,steel wire rope, chain blocks, pulleys, special equipment etc., with proper safety arrangements for overhauling the gate and replacing the rubber seal for all 3 sides and the above said works carried out as per the instruction of Engineer at site including the cost of labour charges,equipments ,materials,, consumables, gas cutting set with gas cylinder,welding machine, grinding machines,drilling machines lead,lift,etc.,complete.

Replacement of spillway gate's gear box broken gears as per is 7443 (2002) and overhauling the gear box , gear coupling, pinions, gears , bearings, plumber blocks, manual operating mechanism etc., complete by using new worm gear arrangements, Bearings (SKF make), gasket, oil seals lubricant (gear oil servo 90Gr (or) equivalent ), pins,keys, bolt & nuts (various size TVS make), washers, etc., complete and including machining and reconditioning charges whatever suitable size spares are required and then bring the entire operating assembly into service for trouble free operation as per IS and as per the instruction of the Engineer at site, including cost of dismantling charges, reconditioning and machining charges, aligning the entire system of gear box and gear train assembly, all materials, scaffolding charges, labour charges, leads, lifts, etc., complete.

Lifting the stuckup scour vent (Regular and Emergency) gates by engaging well qualified professional underwater divers for lifting the gates to the dam top from its sill level using special safety equipment such as under water torch light, full body covering suits, gloves, safety helmet, safety belt, oxygen cylinders set complete with spare cylinders, ladders, steel wire rope, structural materials, lifting arrangements, transporting, insurance, etc., as per the instruction of the Engineer at site, including cost of materials, lead, lift etc., complete.

Painting with two coats of epoxy coal tar with priming one coat of red oxide Zinc Phosphate of approved colour and quality after cleaning,scraping,and removing the old paint in the existing surface of the scour vent gate of both regular and emergency gate as per the instruction of the Engineer at site, including cost of materials, lead, lift etc., complete.

Painting with two coats of epoxy zinc rich Aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide Zinc Phosphate paint for PUSHEP Intake gate's strengthened hoisting platform structures , scour vent gate guide channels and step ladder for spillway and scour vent gate hoisting structures, Strengthened platform structural steels of Singara PH intake gate as per IS standard and instruction of the Engineer at site including cost of all labour charges, transporting charges, loading and unloading charges etc., complete
