   1.Railway reserves the right to purchase bulk or entire quantity from the manufacturer or their authorized agent/dealer who is past successful supplier of the same or allied item in Indian Railways/PUs/CORE during the 5 previous financial years and the current financial year up to date of tender closing. 2. Authorized agent/dealer need to quote with authorization from the OEM failing which their offer will be summarily rejected. 3. Tenderer must mention make/model/brand of the item being offered and there must not be any ambiguity of make/model while quoting the offer. 4.In addition to above, bidder/tenderer must have past performance in the Indian Railways/PUs/CORE for the same or allied item. Firm must submit the latest credential documents like R-Note,CRN, CRAC, installation & commissioning report or any authentic documents for the same. Tenderer must upload relevant documents with their offer, failing which offer is liable to be ignore. No back-reference in this regard will be made with the bidder.

   1. Offer shall be kept valid for acceptance for a minimum period as specified in tender schedule from the date of opening of tender. 2. Delivery schedule should be clear and specific and should not be vague like 2-4 months. 3. Firms are expected to quote for quantity not less 50% of tendered quantity. Offers for quantity less than 50% of tendered quantity will be considered unresponsive. 4. The tenderers shall quote specific freight, forwarding and packing charges in the relevant field of financial rate page. Ambiguous remarks like- freight extra at actual, freight shall be charged extra, Railway freight shall be charged extra etc., mentioned in the PVC and remarks field or elsewhere in the electronic offer or attachments shall not be considered for evaluation.
