Restoration of Cement Concrete Lining of Main Ravi Canal from RD 33400-34100 M including Clearance of Silt and Mulba from MRC Syphon at RD 33700 M

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brushwood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Silt clearance from canal inclusive of initial lead and lift 50 m and 1.5 m resp.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 m lead (1:3:6) or richer mix.

Extra for every additional lift (2 no.) of 1.50 m or part thereof in:

Earth work in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, filling up ground depressions, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m in all kinds of soil: Deduct for not rolling and watering.

Preparing and dressing bed of canals for lining in ordinary soil (Clay).

Preparing and dressing side slopes of canals for lining in ordinary soil (Clay)

Providing and laying 10 mm thick, 1 cement:3 fine sand mortar slurry on beds and side slopes (prior to laying in-situ concrete lining)

Providing and laying in situ concrete lining using M-10 nominal mix concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size):

Hire charges of pump set of capacity 4000 ltr/hour for dewatering.

Carriage/Disposal of Mulba by manual labour including loading, unloading and stacking of mulba within the average lead of 150 meters
