A- Erection of support after excavation of foundation pit in mix soil/normal soil/soft & hard rock and its back filling and leveling etc. The size of the pit will be (900×600)mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support & Erection of support. The work includes carriage and handling of supports from site store to pit site. (i) 11 M Long STP, SP-55 Round Pole

B- Fixing of all clamps, Cross Bracing Sets 3.5 Mtr. from M.S. Angle 65×65×6mm/50×50×6mm & other accessories on the supports as per drawing. Work includes cutting of holes and providing M.S. Bolts of 16×40mm size in the middle of cross bracing with 1 no. spring washer. The work also includes carriage & handling of accessories from sectional store to pit site as well as any fabrication work if required. Grouting of supports in CC 1:4:8 (Cement, sand & 40 mm brick ballast) Grouting will be done in the block of size (450×450)mm ×1/6th of full length of the support, up to ground level, 300 mm plinth above the ground level with C.C. 1:3:6 (Cement, Course sand and Stone grit) with muffing as per drawing, work includes back filling and proper ramming. (i)11 M Long STP, SP-55 Round Pole

Grouting of stay rods (20×1800)mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size (0.60 × 0.60 × 0.30)m in ratio 1:4:8 cement, sand, 40mm brick ballast) as per drg. including back filling, proper ramming etc and fixing tightening & nozzling of stay wire with stay rod with the poles of required tension as per drawing.

Earthing of supports with MS earth Rod of (20×2500)mm long including excavation of pit and driving M.S. Rod 3.0 M apart from support and 0.5m below the ground level and connecting below the earth electrodes with the help of G.I. wire no. 8 SWG and earthing lugs.

Laying, spreading, lifting and final sagging of 3 phases of ACSR Dog conductor in accordance with profile and sag chart including binding, Jumpering and fixing of P.G. Clamp as per requirement in 03 Nos. conductor in parallel.

Guarding between two poles like single poles, double poles, four poles, etc. to guard LT, 11 KV Line telephone and river crossing, road crossing etc. with G.I. wire no. 6 SWG and G.I. wire no. 8 SWG, including cutting with fabrication and fixing of guarding channel with clamps nut & bolts etc. as per drawing.

Providing & fixing of danger board at each location as per specification of the drawing with clamps etc.

Chopping of branches of trees of eucalyptus, Neem, Keekar and other kind of trees along the route of the line and disposal of the same at suitable place.

Making H.T. Connections of the proposed line, on to the existing 33 KV bay/line from where line is eminating and another at the end of line to the terminal gantry at proposed 33 KV Sub-station. The work consists of fixing of tension fitting, insulators, jumpering, clamping and binding etc. at the end as per site conditions.

Painting of following supports/structures with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint after one coat of ready mix primer including cost of all material, as well as rubbing/cleaning of surface as required for proper completion of work. Painting will be done by post office red paint from top to cross arm and remaining by Aluminium paint. 11 Mtr, SP-55 Poles including all channels/X-Arms/Clamps etc. : Double supports

Wrapping of barbed wire on 33 KV PCC Poles/SP-55 ST & SP-72 ST Poles as anti-climbing device for a length of 0.9 Mtr., wire pitch/gap 13mm and fixing upper and lower end keeping lower end at a height of 2.75 Mtr. from the ground complete with supply and fixing of lower end & upper end clamps made of M.S. Flat 40×5mm complete with nuts & bolts & all other required material.

Numbering of each supports by preparing background with dark yellow paint in the size of 150mm dia and writing support number 100mm high with black paint.

Laying of 33KV XLPE cable of size 3x300mm2 details as given below. Safe carriage of 3x300mm2 XLPE Cable from store centre Muzaffarnagar & Shamli to site store distance upto Km including loading,unloading and both ends.

Digging of trench of size 900x1050 mm for laying of 33KV cable including loops. (for double circuit cable laying)

Safe laying of 33 KV XLPE cable in Air on D/P/FP.

Safely laying of 33KV 3x300mm² XLPE cable in cable trench by laying 2 No. Cables in each trench. (single circuit laying)

Supply & Laying of Ist class bricks along the length on both sides and stone slab 650x450x40 as a top cover over the XLPE cable in trench. (Single circuit laying) (as per RESPO Norms)

Supply & filling river sand in side beneath & around cable in the trench.

Supply & Fixing of cable rout marker along the rout of 33KV cable.

Back filling of excavated earth in the cable trench up to the ground level and remming properly.

Making of 33KVoutdoor type Heat shrink XLPE Cable Box of size 3x300mm2 and crimping of proper size Aluminium lugs. Work includes providing insulating tapes etc.

Providing and fixing 150mm dia 3 mtr long G.I pipe over 33KV 3x300 mm2 XLPE cable before mounting the cable on double pole structure. This work includes supply & fixing of clamps, Nut bolt, sealing of top and bottom of pipe and one end of pipe is to be buried under earth about 500mm including laying of cable in Pipe.

Laying of 01 Nos. 33 KV 3×300mm² XLPE cable HDD methard. Boring of earth under of size 300mm dia tunnels (01 Nos.) for 33 KV, 3×300mm²XLPE cable. The tunnel will be excavated about 3 mtr. from the top of ground leveal.

Providing & safely laying of HDPE 80 PN 150mm Pipe by trienchless methode in double layer tunnel under ground for laying 33 KV XLPE cable.

Safely laying of 01 Nos. 33 KV, 3×300 mm² XLPE cable in HDPE 80 PN 150mm with minimum gap of 450mm between both cables from one Double Pole to other side of Double Pole.
