Complete repairing to Swing motor alongwith the replacement of damaged parts. The job shall include complete dismantling of the swing motor,checking the complete assembly & replacement of all small & big seals,rings etc.The job includes shifting the swing motror from site to workshop at Transport Nagar Narwal Jammu and back to Site after repairs,re-assemblyong the swing motor with the machine.Replacement of damaged hydaulic pipes alongwith nuts & washers, greasing the machine with greasing gun.Complete job includes cost of material,shifting charges to & fro,labourer charges and GST as applicable.
Repair to Self Starter of the machine.The job shall include complete dismantling of the starter,replacing the damaged rotor assembly with fitment of new assembly, cutouts,carbon bushes etc.final assemblying & testing at site.Complete job includes cost of material,shifting charges to & fro,labourer charges and GST as applicable.
Repair to radiator of the machine.The job includes dismantling of the Radiator from the machine,shifting from site to workshop at Transport Nagar Narwal Jammu The job shall include complete dismantling of the Radiator,repairs, cleaning, soldering of the inner & outer parts,welding wherever required,servicing of fuel injector pump,replacing of elements,delivery valves, ignitors,nozzles, bearing, seal kit, shifting back to site & final assemblying & testing at site.Complete job includes cost of material,shifting charges to & fro,labourer charges and GST as applicable
Repair/replacement of Fuel pipes and jack pipes.The job shall include removal of all faulty fuel piupes and jack pipes,replacement of the same with new ones and fitment at site.Complete job includes cost of material,,labourer charges and GST as applicable
Repair & Chain adjustment of the machine with firment of new seals and new bolts.The job shall include complete opening of the LHS & RHS Track chain, one by one,removal of worn out bolts (40 Nos) using welding set.Fitment of new bolts,pins and broken/worn out track plates.Final assemblying and trial at site.The job shall also include any work/repair/replacement of parts to be done after dismantling of the track chain system.Complete job includes cost of material,shifting charges of men & tools & tackles to & from the site,labourer charges and GST as applicable
