Flower Bed : Digging upto 0.30 m depth including removal of spoil and refilling with good agriculture soil and cattle manure in 3.1 ratio. Preparation of beds, supply and planting of flowered plants 12 plants per sqm like Singapore ixora, Allamanda, Tacoma orange, chysanthemum, Gerbera, Orchid, Zinna, Pinwheel flower (Tabemaemontanadivaricata), Bangalore rose, Mari gold, Night flowering jasmine and other multi colour flowering plant etc of improved varieties. Maintenance of watering, loosening of soil weekly, removal of dried leaves, manuring with cattle manure once and fertilizer twice during each season/as directed and spraying of insecticide and fungicide as and when required till completion of work including defects liability period/guarantee period complete all as specified and directed.

Hedge : Supply and planting of Hedge plant of Golden Duranta clerodendron & crotons varity, minimum 12 plants per running meter length should be 1 ft height from ground level, work includes digging of pit 45 cm width continuously with depth of 30 cm for planting the Golden Duranta including removal of spoil, filling of digged area with mixture of good quality red soil and cattle manure in the ratio of 3:1. Maintenance includes regular watering, deweeding, loossening of soil fortnightly, manuring with cattle manure 0.25 Cft/RM and fertilizer twice annually/as directed. Cutting, pruning, trimming & spraying of insecticide and fungicide as and when required till completion of work including defects liability/guarantee period all as specified and directed.

Shrubs: Digging of pits of size 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.60 m and refilling with good soil and well decomposed cattle manure in 1:3 ratio including removal of spoil. Supply and planting of approved species of healthy, grown up decorative flowered / non flowered plants like Pistonia Alba, Acalypha, Hamella patnes, Hybiscus (5 verities) etc with good root system. Plants should be minimum 2 feet height from ground level after plantation. Maintenance includes, regular watering, de-weeding, loosenning of soil fortnightly manuring with cattle manure 0.25 Cft/plant and fetiliizing thrice annually/as directed. Trimming pruning, staking and spreaying of insecticide and fungicide as and when required till completion of work including defects liability/guarantee period complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for continuous brick edging with width equal to the depth of the brick, laid on end at the required angle using fly ash old size bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly un plastered surfaces and applying coat of white wash to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and average 7.5 cm deep and getting out in soft/oose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) exceeding 1.50 Km but not exceeding 5.0 Km and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Spreading and levelling in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as directed by Engineer-in Charge (earth obtained from Item No. 14 & 15)

Red earth : Supply of approved red earth free from grass, waste & debris etc and spreading complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of building material brick dust, broken concrete debries etc (other than spoil/soils payable under item No. 8, 14 & 15 here in above) to a distance exceeding 1.50 Km but not exceeding 5.00 Km total distance beyond the load included in the rates including loading, uploading and spreading at destination) complete all specified and directed (1.0 cum = 1 Load) Note : The quantity shall be computed by measurement of vehicle after loading without deduction for voids.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 100m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI pipe medium grade 25MM bore with all fittings and suitable clamps to be provided laying in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for gun metal gate valve with iron wheeled head screwed both ends for GI pipe 25mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting existing steel pipes in position for addition alteration bore or pipe size 25mm dia without taking down complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Related to item Sl No 16. (ii) Necessary excavation for cutting existing steel pipe is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

S&F GI pipe medium grade 15MM bore, cut into length of 1 mtr both side screwed for fixing on 25mm GI pipe to be used as a stand post for distribution of water of lawn complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI nipple 15mm bore, 150mm long for fixing in gate valve under Sl item No. 18 here-in-before .

M&L for cutting of existing bituminous road/hard standing not exceeding 0.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 0.9 mtr depth for laying pipe lines and making good disturbed surfaces with necessary PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for horizontal drilling hole (trenches boring) at a depth upto 1 mtr below the normal ground level and supply and insert including material 80mm bore HDPE pipe across the stone set road cross the horizontal position at different locations using special drilling machine all as per trade practice complete all as specified and directed.
