3 Core X 4 Sqmm 1.1 KV Grade flat submersible copper conductor cable as per IS:694.(20 Mtrs for each RBTW X 9 Nos RBTW + Other 4 Nos lowering X 15 Mtr per RBTW = 60 Mtr)(Make:-Gloster/Mescab/Other approved Make)

G.I. Wire for cable binding(Suitable SWG).(9 Nos RBTW X 2 Kg per RBTW)

80 mm dia.1.5 mtr length ERW M.S. column pipe having thickness 4.85 mm,(as per IS 1239 Part-I Heavy Type) having 11 TPI thread at both end with one heavy type socket and painted by 2 coats of anticorrosive syntietic paint as per Technical specification.(Make:-Bansal/Jindal/Other approved make)(9 Nos RBTW X 8 Nos Column pipe for each)

3 Core X 10 Sqmm Al.Ar. Cable, XLPE Insulated 1.1 KV Grade conforming to IS:7098(I).(Extra cable stored at site for future uses) (Test certificate and guarantee certificate is to be submitted at the time of delivery)(210 Mtr X 6 Nos RBTW + 430 Mtr X 3 Nos RBTW)

Making straight through joint of 3 Core X 10 mm² Al Ar Cable with flat submersible cable/3 Core X 10 Sqmm Al. Ar. cable by supplying Ferrule, rubber and other necessary materials to make the joint leak proof.(6 Nos RBTW cable extension joint + 9 Nos outside the RBTWs + Other 10 Nos for old cable rectification)

Making straight through joint between 1.5 mm2 or 2.5 mm2(motor cable) and supplied 4 mm2 submersible copper cable for extension of motor cable up to required lengh by supplying necessary seal kit to make joints leak proof all complete as per direction.(9 Nos for New RBTW + 1 No for Old RBTW)

Withdrawing of submersible pumping machineries from old river bed Tube Well along with Column pipe after disconnection of all pipe line and power line connection with the help of Derrick and Chain Pulley arrangement by engaging skilled technician as per direction of EIC. 5/6 HP S/M P/M.

Installation of submersible pumping machinery along with 80 mm dia. M.S. column pipe part by part in the newly sunk tube wells with an arrangement of derrick, lifting tackles, tools and plants etc. on hire basis and binding the vertical submersible cable with the column pipes properly and fixing M.S. Top Cover on the tube wells with supplying necessary Clamps made of 65 mmX 12 mm thick flat as per reqd length, nuts, bolts, washers etc. all complete as per direction. 5 HP S/M P/M.
