Taking down old unserviceable ACSR conductor including channels, insulators etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dismantling and taking down old UNSV concrete pole/Strut any size and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of Ring main unit 4 way RLLL 11KV, 630A 21KA/3S, Outdoor Extensible Type,1 No Manually Operated LBS Feeder Incomer and 3 Nos. Manually Operated VCB Feeder Outgoing, 8DJHST Type : RLLL, Internal ARC Design - 21KA/1S all as per specified by manufacturer or directed and comprising with the standard fittings/accessories including foundation and plinth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 sqmm, Indoor/Outdoor type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay & test for HT 11KV UG cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable(heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11 KV grade of size 120 sqmm 3 core laid in trenches/ducts, fixed on wall/inside panel, drawn through pipe and connecting up all as specified and directed. .

M/L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit n. less than 2.25 m deep below the ground level with top edge of the plate n. less than 1.5m below ground level connected to GI Strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts,nuts,checks nuts and washers of galvanised steel including necessary earth work and excavation in any strata and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 chamber and chamber RCC cover and light grade GI pipe 50 mm dia of required length for protection of GI strip and water funnel and wire mesh with GI pipe medium grade 20 mm dia etc complete all as per directed including connections and testing on completion.

M/L for earthing complete with Copper plate electrode 60×60cm ×3.15mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit n. less than 2.25 m deep below the ground level with top edge of the plate n. less than 1.5 M below ground level connected to Copper Strip 20×3mm by means of bolts,nuts,checks nuts and washers of galvanised steel including necessary earth work and excavation in any strata and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 chamber and chamber RCC cover and light grade GI pipe 50 mm dia of required length for protection of GI strip and water funnel and wire mesh with GI pipe medium grade 20 mm dia etc complete all as per directed including connections and testing on completion.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of HT Feeder pillar Box outdoor type 11KV 50 HZ 3 Phase of suitable size not less than (1500x1200x1500MM) with copper bus bar of 60x5mm incl insulators. for accomodating the following accessories totally enclosed self supporting structure / cubicle, fully compartmentalized type, weather proof, protection IP 55, suitable for outdoor use, with bottom cable entry with suitable cable glands structure made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheet of suitable size with angle iron frame work and legs of ISA 50x50x5 mm, with four legs grouted to PCC (1:2:4) type B1, foundation block with suitable mounting arrangement for bus bars with sloping canopy at top, double hinged doors at front with suitable locking arrangement, structure treated under 8 - tank metal treatment process and duly powder coated, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of under ground cable/GI piping all as directed.

-do- all as per Item No.11 above but in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 Cms complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at al level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point.

Supply and spreading river sand in trenches as cushioning to under ground cable on top and bottom of cable all as directed.

Supply and lay PCC cable covers HV Type I flat of size 300 X 180 X 40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI pipe light grade of sizes 100 mm dia for cable protection in trenches/ at PCC poles for loop-in/ loop-out of cable and cable entry at panel/equipment end,all as per specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI pipe light grade of sizes 150 mm dia for cable protection in trenches/ at PCC poles for loop-in/ loop-out of cable and cable entry at panel/equipment end,all as per specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete for pole foundation and stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.
