SH-I: SUPPLY OF FRANGIBLE MASTS Supply of lattice type tiltable frangible (as per ICAO Aerodrome Design Manual Part-6) mast of Fibre glass material of 500mmx500mm of following heights (total height of structure from ground to center of fitting including 0.25m high 50mm FRP reducer for crossarm), designed to withstand windspeeds upto 35m/s as per IS 875 etc with cross arm suitable for mounting approach lights in horizontal formation with distance between adjacent fittings as mentioned below, complete with crossarm supports (if necessary), stainless steel hinged base plate, foundation bolts and other accessories etc as required as per site conditions. (Make: Pollite, Ercon, Exel, SGS or equivalent with valid frangibility certificate)

Supply of tubular pole type frangible pole (as per ICAO Aerodrome Design Manual Part-6) of Fibre glass material of 90mm dia of following heights (total height of structure from ground to center of fitting), designed to withstand windspeeds upto 35m/s as per IS 875 etc with suitable cross arm and mounting for approach lights complete with base plate suitable for mounting on CI housing box, foundation bolts and other accessories etc as required as per site conditions. (Make: Pollite, Ercon, Exel, SGS or equivalent with valid frangibility certificate)

2.0 meter high, with cross arm suitable for mounting 2 approach lights in horizontal formation with 1.5m between adjacent fittings

2.3 meter high, with cross arm suitable for mounting 2 approach lights in horizontal formation with 1.5m between adjacent fittings

2.5 meter high, with cross arm suitable for mounting 2 approach lights in horizontal formation with 1.5m between adjacent fittings

2.75 meter high, with cross arm suitable for mounting 2 approach lights in horizontal formation with 1.5m between adjacent fittings

SH-II: ITC OF FRANGIBLE MASTS ITC of lattice type frangible FRP mast with a base concrete of 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 course sand : 6 aggregate of 20mm nominal size) of size 1000mm x1000mmx100mm thick with concrete block of size 800x 800x 600mm made of 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 course sand : 4 aggregate of 20mm nominal size) including anchoring, plastering, excavation, etc complete as required.

ITC of frangible tubular pole with a base concrete of 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 course sand : 6 aggregate of 20mm nominal size) of size 630mmx630mmx100mm thick with concrete block of size 400x400x300mm made of 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 course sand : 4 aggregate of 20mm nominal size) including anchoring, plastering, excavation, etc complete as required.

Dismantling of existing approach light fittings including dismantling of existing poles, coulings, base plates, secondary lead wires, isolating transformers, etc and delivering the same to and as instructed by EIC, etc complete as required.

Supply of 1.1KV grade 2C x 2.5sqmm PVC insulated and FR PVC round sheathed copper conductor flexible cable.

ITC of elevated light fittings including drawing of suitable length of secondary cable from isolating transformer to fittings , lamps,all connectors (male & female) and making field connections with isolating transformer,lamps and esna connectors and cable i/c connection of secondary cable and fixing of light fittings on the pole/lattices/mast/existing CI box etc. as required.
