Providing/Laying Stone soling Nallah/Plum hand packed on level in foundation trenches excluding carriages of Stones.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) incl carriage

P/A of Cement plaster of mix:1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) 12mm thick incl carriage

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc.

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.Welded

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work

Add provision for cost of photographs, Citizen Information Board & other unforseen items (to be paid as per actual)
