(1) Please refer to ITB 14 while filling the rates in the summary sheet. (2) Bidder should ensure that the rates are filled with due care and caution so as not to lead to any omission or discrepancy or ambiguity. (3) While quoting their rates, Bidders shall consider the various provisions of The Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017(CGST)/ Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017(IGST)/ Union Territory Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (UTGST)/ respective state's State Goods and Services Tax Act (SGST) also, as notified by Central/State Govt & as amended from time to time and all taxes, duties, and levies applicable to the contract. Bidders shall also ensure that full benefit of Input Tax Credit (ITC) likely to be admissible to them is duly considered while quoting rates. (4) The successful bidder who is liable to be registered under CGST/IGST/UTGST/SGST Act shall submit GSTIN along with other details required under CGST/IGST/UTGST/SGST Act to the Employer within 28 days from the date of the award of contract, without which no payment shall be released to the contractor. The contractor shall be responsible for deposition of applicable GST to the concerned authority. In case the successful bidder is not liable to be registered under CGST/IGST/UTGST/SGST Act, the Employer shall deduct the applicable GST from his/their bills under reverse charge mechanism (RCM) and deposit the same to the concerned authority.
