ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR CLEANING AND MAINTAINING THE ROAD SURFACES FROM NEW GATE NEAR DIAMOND JUBILEE BUILDING, AREA IN RESIDENTIAL QUARTERS AND RAILWAY LEVEL CROSSING TO ORNAMENTAL GATE IN EX (C) CDII DIVISION

Sweeping all the road surfaces from New gate near Diamond jubilee building, area in residential quarters and railways level crossing to ornamental gate in Ex(C)CDII and maintaining in neat and tidy condition and keeping them free from dust, dry leaves, waste papers, garbages, and other spilled materials etc., including collecting and depositing the swept materials in the nearby dust bins or at the designated areas as directed including clearing the water stagnation on the open areas during rainy seasons etc., as directed at site of work including all labour, brooms, brushes, tools, etc., complete. Note:1.The tenderer has to quote the rate including all cleaning tools etc., for cleaning the area for 1Sq.m per month 2.Total area to be cleaned daily for a period of one month is 9022 Sq.m. 3. The area indicated in the quantity column is the total area to be cleaned for 12 months (9022x12)=108264sqm. 4. The Details of area to be swept/Maintained are mentioned in section II/preamble to bill of quantites 5.Rate quoted by the tenderer is inclusive of cleaning materials, tools, uniform, apron, gloves etc., labour charges etc.,.

Collecting, loading and transporting the dried leaves, dead tree branches unwanted plants/weeds and other wastage from new gate near diamond jubilee building, area in residential quarters and railway level crossing to ornamental gate in EX©CDII areas in the port premises and dumping the collected materials to the dumping the collected materials to the dumping yard within a lead of 2 km including all labour, tools, vehicle, transport, fuel etc., complete. The contractor should engage a tractor with trailor having minimum capacity 2.50M3 for transportation and the payment will be made based on the trips on fully loaded conditions Note: 1. One trip means the trailer has to be fully loaded one time and after unloading the same at dumping yard.. 2. The tenderer shall maintain trip sheet in triplicate in the CHPA approved format at his own cost for the quantity of transportation. 3. Contract period is 12 months except Sunday’s and CHPA holidays. 4. Rate quoted by the tenderer is inclusive of cleaning materials, tools, uniform, apron, gloves etc., labour charges etc.,
