The quantities indicated above shall be considered for evaluation purposes only. Bidder should accordingly note that the said quantities only an ESTIMATE, and may vary after award of Rate contract. ONGC does not guarantee any minimum quantity to be purchased and bidder shall not be entitled for any compensation on this account.

Order placed against the rate contract at the price accepted by ONGC at the time of award of rate contract shall be binding on the bidder during entire duration of rate contract irrespective of order quantity.
