Taking down but cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls surcase, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete as specified.

M & L 75mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub-base to floor, approns etc, complete all as specified

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm tickness , M-35 grade, set, jointed over and incl 25 mm thick sand cushoning all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, to match with existing complete as specified.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 20xcmx20cmx25mm thick , set , jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigments to match with existing complete as specified.

M&L Providing and laying at or near ground level precast factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete as specified.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete as specified.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing grinding and polishing complete as required and specified.

M &L Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 40 mm thick type B0 (12.5 mm crushed stone agggate ) set in CM 1:4 (measured solid), including all mould- ings but excluding frame (Pre cast frame shall be measured separately and and relevant item complete as spcified.

Use and waste of Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide complete as spcified.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia in reinforcement and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified

Ditto all as per item no 22, but 6mm to 8mm dia. TMT bars as in spacers stirrups etc complete as specified.

M & L RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete as spcified.

Dismantling of 200mm dia reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete.

M & L Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in 200mm dia pipes in PCC (1:3:6) type C2 40 mm graded stone agg complete as specified.

M & L 200mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed in CM complete with collars complete as specified.

M&L Excavation in Post holes each not exc 0.5 cum and getting out, soft/ loose soil complete as specified.

S&F 65mm x 65mmx6mm MS Angle iron fencing posts or tee section or any other section fixed independently without connecting plates and similar works conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete as specified including dismentling of existing post embeded in ground complete.

M&L Preparation for new steel or iron surfaces of any description , not otherwise described ,exc 10 cm girth and applying two coat of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complte all as specified and directed

Fixiing only Galvanised steel wire chain link fencing of 4 mm dia wire and 100x 100 mm mesh,made up into matress or cages ,lapped wired and laid in position including closing after filling complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Including removel /dismantling of old chain link fencing complete.

M&L for MS flat iron 40mmx 6mm size fixed in fencing posts including 6 Nos of holes for fitting of nut and bolts complete Fe E-165 Gde 290 as specified.
