M&L for asbestos rope of suitable size and superier quality for heat insulation including rapping arround the exhaust pipe and winding with wire mess and plastering with plaster of paris /white cement for smooth finishing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of new radiator with tank and fins as per existing DG set fixed at site or manufacture's design of Kirloskar/Greaves suitable for 320 KVA DG Set including taking out old and unserviceable radiator for demolition or credit complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of new radiator with tank and fins as per existing DG set fixed at site or manufacture's design of Kirloskar/Greaves suitable for 160 KVA DG Set including taking out old and unserviceable radiator for demolition or credit complete all as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Repair/replacement of radiator made up of copper inside tank and fins as per manufacture's design of Kirloskar/Greaves suitable for 31.5 to125 KVA DG Set including taking out old and unserviceable radiator for demolition or credit complete all as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Repair/Replacement of New inter cooler with fins as per existing DG set fixed at site or manufacture's design of Kirloskar/Greaves suitable for 320 KVA DG Set including taking out old and unserviceable inter cooler for demolition or credit complete all as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Dismantling, opening and cleaning of complete radiator assembly of DG Set 125-320 KVA, checking of water leakage, including upper and bottom tank cleaning of slots including welding/brazing where required and making 100 % leak proof and washing with chemically anti corrosion /water solution by using jet pumping set and well as cleaning manually by using steel wire brushes and removing all rust silt /corrosive material and making good smooth functioning and replacement of radiator hose pipe set,and upper &bottom tank gasket set,all rusted nut ,bolt ,washer ,radiator caps etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling, opening and cleaning of complete radiator assembly of DG Set 30 to 100 KVA, checking of water leakage, including upper and bottom tank cleaning of slots including welding/brazing where required and making 100 % leak proof and washing with chemically anti corrosion /water solution by using jet pumping set and well as cleaning manually by using steel wire brushes and removing all rust silt /corrosive material and making good smooth functioning and replacement of radiator hose pipe set,and upper &bottom tank gasket set,all rusted nut ,bolt ,washer ,radiator caps etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Servicing of DG set capacity 160 to 320 KVA installed at 23 Wing AF including carrying out maintenance and check alongwith following repairs (a)Drain out the lubricating oil from sump and refilling after proper cleaning (b)Replace engine oil filter cartridge . (c)Renew fuel filter cartridge (d)Check tightness of all nuts and bolts (e)Check adjustment of V belt for driving engine water pump and alternator. (f)Assembling complete old serviceable parts and replacement of old unserviceable parts by new one as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (g)Testing of DG set after servicing as per Engr-in-Charge. (h)Cleaning of air cleaner filter after period of hrs run as specified by manufactures in manual Note:- (i) Any minor parts such as screws, washers , split pin , circlip etc shall be supplied by the firm, rate for the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (ii) The Job shall be carried out after two hundred hrs run /as when required directed by Engr-in-Charge of DG Set and shall be measured and paid separatly,no of times carried out during entire period of contract

Dismantling /opening of upper portion of diesel engine 200 KVA to 320 KVA water cooled ,turbo charged 1500 RPM ,vertical type for Top over hauling ,repair/servicing of engine including taking out rediator /fuel pump,water pump ,turbo charger etcfor the following repairs/overhauling :- (a) Dismantlling/opening of complete cylinder head assembly rocker arms assembly piston head assembly sleeves by by removing nuts & bolts for repairs complete. Note :- Repair and Transportation charge for carrying out pair and after repair carrying back to Power House shall be deemed to be included in this rates. (b) Servicing & Washing of complete engine parts with Kerosene oil. (c) Re-assembling of engine after replacement of unserviceable/defective parts with new parts as listed in given below and testing of engine as per company recommendation after reassembling all parts as direted to the satifaction of the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable andSupply & fixing MVR (Main Voltage Relay) over /under voltage relay voltage range 350V AC & high voltage range 460V AC complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead using 25 x 4 mm galvanised steel strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation, etc. as required including porcelain insulator saddle at the spacing nort exceeding 400mm including taking down old strip complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of power command for authomatic shifting supply for capacity of 40 to 125 KVA as per existing DG set fixed at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of power command for authomatic shifting supply for capacity of 160 to 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
