Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 25 to 32 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundations, etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cable trench etc and not exceeding 10 square meter on plan for manholes etc and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for special treatment for sunken portion of WCs/ Bath & toilet executed in following stages:- Stage 1 :- Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc including removing debris from site of work etc . Stage 2:- Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing chemical of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd in the proportion/quantity all as per Manufacture's instructions.Complete. Stage 3:- Apply Dr Fixit Primeseal primer or Equivalent of STP Ltd (and allow to dry for 8 hours) all as per Manufacture's instructions. Stage 4:- Apply two coats of water proofing elastomeric coating system of Dr Fixit Raincoats with DFT 100 Micron or shalicry 215 of STP (The surface after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry for 6 hours before next coats) all as per Manufacturer's instructions. Stage 5:- Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with Integral water proofing chemical Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd all as per Manufacture's instructions. Stage 6. All CI joints shall filled with mixture of cement fine sand and plaster seal of STP Ltd or Dr Fixit pidicrete URP all as per Manufacture's instruction. Stage 7:- Making holes in wall and fixing 600mm long 40mm dia medium grade GI spout for draining the surplus water if any . Stage 8:- Carry out ponding test for 48 hours to ensure water tightness of repaired sunken portion water tightness of repaired sunken portion and filling of sunken portion for cement concrete Type E2 1:5:10 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in lean concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Only plan area shall be measured and accounted for payment under this item. (b) Depth of sunken portion of WC's/Baths shall be upto 35cm, which is to be taken into account while quoting the rate against this item. (c) Rate quoted by Contractor shall be deemed to be included for all the horizontal and verticale treated surfaces of sunken portions of WC & Bath.

M&L for water proofing treatment on RCC roof etc. comprising with the following operation & as specified herein below:- (a)Taking down existing old tarfelt, bituminous compound including cleaning & removing debris to a distance exc 100 m n.exc.250m. (b) M&L 25 thick cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) finished even and smooth. (c) Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight). (d) M&L for 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth. (e) Preparing & cleaning of fully dried cement plastered surface. (f) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 0.25 liters per sqm conforming IS-3384. (g) A layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.5 kg per sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application. The over lap shall be minimum 100 mm on transverse direction and 75 mm in longitudinal direction. (h) One coat of aluminium paint over APP membrane @0.11Kg/Sqm. Note:- Prior to execution of the APP Membrane works, leak proof test shall be done by ponding water on roof slab to minimum depth of 25 mm. The entire roof slab shall be flooded with water for 48 hours. The necessary barrier shall be made to make feasible to stagnate water for 48 hours on roof slab.

M&L for 40 mm thick, plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement morter (1:6) for laying of floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement morter (1:6) for laying of floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x 200x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured 450x350x7-8 mm thick glazed ceramic tiles on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado and risers to steps etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match, over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, Jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab 18-20mm thick in floor laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement morter (1:6)and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing all as specified and directed.

S&F for 3 mm thick, 38mm wide glass dividing strips and inserted in position to conform to design complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement morter (1:3) on ceiling surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick wall on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar in (1:6) and finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

Checking and attending to Plumber complaints like no water supply, water leakage from bib taps, stop cock, pillar taps, flushing cisterns, wash hand basins, urinal, wall mixer/basin mixer, angle valve, concealed valve,shower rose , health faucet & jet, float valve, of any type & size or any other water supply fittings/fixtures incorporated in plumbing works any where in the bldgs which is causing obstruction to water supply in area & requires plumbing including carrying out minor repair such as replacement of washers, check nuts, tightening of fittings of flushing cistern or any other repair not mentioned herein before etc using petty materials like washers, thread (soot), Teflon tape, M-Seal, screws (any size), nails (any size) to make water supply/plumbing lines & fiittings/fixtures functional and leak proof to the satisfaction of the occupants/ users complete all as directed. Note : (i) The rate of above mentioned item incorporates use of any materials & equipment used for completing the complaints on time to the satisfaction users/occupants. (ii) Contractor or his authorised representative shall collect such type of complaints mentioned here in above from complaint cell at 8.30 AM on daily basis except Sunday & Holiday & submit the completion of complaints on the next day duly signed by the users/occupants. No extra payment shall be made on account of collection of complaint and submission of complaints . (iii) Complaints must be completed with in 24 hrs without any fail otherwise recovery shall be made double the market rate to the contractor. (iv) Any items required to be replaced shall be paid under respective items and in that case this items shall not be measured and paid.That complaint should also be completed within 24 Hrs without fail.

Note : (i) The rate of above mentioned item incorporates use of any materials & equipment used for completing the complaints on time to the satisfaction users/occupants. (ii) Contractor or his authorised representative shall collect such type of complaints mentioned here in above from complaint cell at 8.30 AM on daily basis except Sunday & Holiday & submit the completion of complaints on the next day duly signed by the users/occupants. No extra payment shall be made on account of collection of complaint and submission of complaints . (iii) Complaints must be completed with in 24 hrs without any fail otherwise recovery shall be made double the market rate to the contractor. (iv) Any items required to be replaced shall be paid under respective items and in that case this items shall not be measured and paid.That complaint should also be completed within 24 Hrs without fail.

Checking and attending to Mason complaints from all masonry works including petty repair wk with materials like Cement upto 5 Kg /Sand/White cement 200 gm per each complaint as per site requirement, after rectification it should be painted to match the existing colour and materials ll as per directed. Note: (i) Contractor or his authorised representative collect such type of complaints from B/R-II complaint cell at 8.30 AM on daily except Sunday & Holiday. No extra payment shall be made on account of collection of complaint. (ii) Complaints must be completed with in 24 hrs without any fail otherwise recovery shall be made double the market rate to the contractor.
