M&L for treatment of sunken floor slab comprising of the following specifications complete all as specified and directed :- Cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. Provision of 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding conc to achieve proper slope including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout. Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with and including integral water proofing compound Sika Plastocreat plus or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE @ 0.2% by wt of cement consumed including filling it with water to check dampness and seepage and where dampness / seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out. After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water andmake it clear and clean complete all as specified and as directed..

Applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating with Sika Topseal 107 or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE in two coats @ 3kg/sqm to sandwiched with glass fibre reinforcement : Sika® Fab-1 or equivalent make in Forsro / Thermax as approved by GE over base coat as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion. Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound SIKA plastocreat Plus or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approve by GE @ 0.2% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout.( WPC shall be measured & paid separately) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint (Black Japan shall be paid separetely).

Taking down carefully copper/ Aluminium point wiring ( light, fans, socket, power socket) complete incl taking out existing unserviceable terminal boxes and conduit with swithces/sockets/fan regulators and fittings such as ceiling roses, pendants, tube lights fittings lamp holders, brackets light fittings, rectangular blocks DB MCCB etc complete all as directed.
