M&L precast reinforced cement concrete (1:1½:3) type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in base slab for overhead tank on terrace and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius using old size fly ash bricks built in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring/ padding to maintain the possible slope and finishing the top surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slab for fixing DTH dish over roof slab finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with PIDI PROOF LW compound @ 200ml per bag and finishing the surface fair and even on concrete surface as on roof/ terrace complete all as specified and directed. Note: Supply only of water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 g/ Sqm) laid by torch application using gas burner with minimum 100mm overlap over and including one coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltr/sqm and finished with two coats of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.10 ltr/sqm per coat etc. including including carrying out ponding test complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work including removal of rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish off the premises to outside MD land, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including separating, scraping of reinforcement and removing rubbish off the premises to outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and HP tiles of any description or thickness including bedding mortar in roof laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar including cleaning the surface with wire brushes and removing the debries outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.
