Design, Supply, Fabrication, Erection and Installation of of G.I Portable Toliet Cabin of size 10’ x 8’ (Lift & Shift type): of approved make as per Detailed Technical Specifications given below including transportation and placement of toilet cabin at desired location as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Pre-Dispatch inspections of Portable Toliet Cabin shall be carried out during Fabrication and before procurement by Contractor. 'Detailed Technical Specification : This shell shall be fabricated from tested quality steel duty welded, comprising of base frame, peripheral structure, self-draining roof, entry doors, and windows (as per requirement). The eight corner shall be sufficiently strengthened to facilitate transportation during lifting and placing. (a) Base Frame: The base frame shall be made of pressed mild steel channel section with side rail. 10’ X 8’ with 50mm x 50mm square pipe with G-Channel support. The base in the cabin from should be adversely stronger to maintain the channel strength and proper amount of support has to be provided in the L section for better strength. The outer shell of the Structural container should be manufactured with M.S sheet equivalent to IS 808. The main load bearing member such as per posts, base members, bottom side rail, top side rail & headers are press formed profile of appropriate geometry. (b) Top frame: The frame shall be made of square pipes of 3 mm thick with support structure and adequate slope to avoid payload resistance - 10’ x 8’ = 50mm x 50mm Square Pipe. (c) Side and ends walls: The side and end frame shall be out of pressed suitable profile/pillars of sufficient strength. Exterior wall shall be made up of 1.2mm GI specially corrugated vertically corrugated sheet with depth of 15 mm in the trapezium whereas 9 mm pre laminated sheet of superior quality will be used for interior walls. The sheet shall be treated for corrosion resistance. Panel shall be vertically corrugated sheet continuously welded using Co2 welding to top side of base structure so as to offer better strength to weight ratio and endurance. The place for verandah will be solitude with no walls only roof. (d) CORNOR POST : 10’ x 8’= 50 x 50mm Square Pipe with inboard support plate. (e) Flooring systems: On the frame 18mm cement fiber sheet shall be fixed by means of self-taping screw. Vitrified Tiles flooring of make Somany/Nitco or approved equivalent shall be cement mortared on these cement fiber sheet. '(f) Roof: Self draining type roof shall be made out of 1.2mm G.I. sheet where adequate roof longitudinal bows are provided. Roof shall be adequately cambered for draining of rain water. Interior paneling shall be done in 8 mm OSL particle board with adequate 50mm glass wool insulation. It will be 2 sided slope roof with the roof exterior not seen from bottom to get the ambiance. (g) Insulation: 50mm thick T- Glass wool density 48kg/M3 insulation shall be used for walls and 48kg/M3 Thick T-Glass wool insulation to be provided for roof. (h) Inner Paneling: The interior shall be aesthetically finished so as to give custom built appearance with extremely high quality workmanship. All vertical and horizontal corners shall be neatly and smoothly finished with Aluminum sections. The support structure should be in L sections to have a strong support and avoid the flattering of cabin. (i) Main Entry Door: The door shall be of external opening type made out of the same material as wall panels with door closing unit of Size 3’ x 6’ 6”.The peripheral edges of the door shall be sealed with MS/ aluminum Frame to make it waterproof & leak proof. The door interior shall be finished with same material matching with that of bunk house interior. The door shall be provided with locking arrangement with separate handles on both sides of the door as per required. Main door will be insulated and fitted with appropriate lock and power bolt & also cover with box Weather shed with side channel to avoid water drooping in front. (j) Electrical system: The bunk house will be provided with electrical wiring for 250 volt 50 HZ single phase AC power supply. All electrical wiring shall be concealed. Suitable fire retardant Finolex / Polycab wire shall be used for lighting circuits which will be of ISI mark placed in concealed PVC conduits. Insulated wire shall be used for wiring to be done in PVC conduit with small size distribution board with MCB protection and to separate with main supply. 'Philips/ CG Tube lights, Indo Door Light, Anchor/Hi-Fi Switches & Sockets of 6,& Earth leakage circuit Breaker will be provided. All the wire should be placed with standard method meeting the fire safety manual by government. '(k) Paint: Cleansing and making proper surface finish to apply painting the cabin with one coat of GP Epoxy primer of DFT 36 followed by two coats of GP Epoxy Paint of DFT 38 each. The method used for painting the metal body will be spray painting ensuring the surface ambiance with good and one point clean finish. Double colour application will be using packing preparations for wall. (l) Sanitary and Plumbing: The toilet will be at an appropriate slope to ensure on water stoppage .The Sanitary fitting for toilet will be Urinal (01 no.) & EWC ceramic commode (02 nos.) of make cera/Bell/ Parryware /Hindustan/ or approved equivalent and the other fixtures required as paper holder (02 nos.) , wash basin (01 no.), jet sprays (02 nos.), soap trays (02- nos.), etc. Proper ventilation shall be provided with exhaust fans (02 nos.) and louvers. The differentially abled toilet should have flange, Support bars and the door size should allow wheel chair to enter inside .The ramp should be provided for ease in movement of differentially abled people. All the accessories in toilet of differentially abled people should be at standard height as per rules and regulation. (m) Main Door: The door is external opening type made out of the same material as wall panels with Door closing unit, Size 3’ x 6’6”. The door is double skin sheet construction with 50 mm thick glass Wool insulation. The peripheral edges of the door are sealed with M.S Frame to make it waterproof & leak proof. The door interior side is finished with same material matching with that of the cabin Interior. The door is provided with locking arrangement and separate handles on both sides of the Door.
Providing, supplying AC/non-AC Pick up van / Utility van five seater with rear side provision for transporting materials (Mahindra Bolero or equivalent) including driver on hiring basis for use of BARC staff for 6 days a week for carrying out day-to-day official movement and as safety vehicle for ERF project. 'Conditions:- 1. The above rates shall be inclusive of Fuel and lubricants, Driver(s), other consumables, maintainance, etc. 2. In & out timings at ERF Project site shall be strictly considered for the billing/ measurement/ payment. 3. Break Down Hours and Lunch break timings shall not be considered for payment. 4. Fraction of hours shall be rounded off to nearest half an hour at the time of preparing the running bill/final bill. 5. RAPS being a strategic organisation, the driver(s) should have good credentials and shall have valid PVC, driving license and address proof. They should be in a position to understand Hindi / English also apart from local language. 6. The make or model of the vehicle should be of year 2018 or later (with BS-IV norms) for a minimum run of 1500 kms per month.The charges for extra kms over and above 1500 kms. is fixed at Rs. 7.00 per km. For Non AC and Rs 9.00 per Km for AC. 7. The vehicle shall be maintained in good running condition with good upholstery, fitness, good tyres and shall commensurate with the image of BARC. The tyres of the vehicles shall be replaced periodically and always with brand new tyres and not retreated ones. 8. The vehicle should be free from all sorts of defects and will be subjected to inspection by a representative of BARC whose decision is final and binding as regards suitability of that particular vehicle. 9. The vehicle should be transport vehicle and preferably in white colour with a board " ON GOVERNMENT OF INDIA DUTY". 10. The cost of POL, maintenance of vehicle, wages of driver(s), Motor Vehicle taxes, comprehensive insurance, etc. shall be payable by the Contractor and BARC shall have no liability towards usage of the vehicle. 11. Maintenance of the vehicle including replacement of parts, fuel, etc. will be provided by the firm. 12. The cost of damages to any Government movable/immovable property in and around the site shall be entirely borne by the Contractor. 13. No revision of price shall be entertained during the period of contract. '14. In case of absence of vehicle even for a day, propotionate payment towards a day will be deducted from monthly bill besides imposing a penalty of Rs. 500/- per day.

Carrying out Civil Engineering works like surveying & leveling, checking of formwork fabrication, reinforcement fabrication as per drawings, witnessing sample retrieval & testing for various construction materials, ensuring concrete ingredient ratio at batching plant and pouring of appropriate grade of concrete in plain and reinforced concrete works, ensuring proper mixing of approved ingredients & waterproofing admixtures for mortars and brickwork, plaster, flooring & waterproofing works, and other civil & PH works including supervision of construction safety as per BARC specifications & relevant documentation, compiling, binding and preparation of tender documents & Agreements overall as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (1)Each Job shall be carried out by one qualified Technician having minimum SSC with Trade certificate in Masonary/Plumber/Carpenter/Painter Trade of less than one year duration from ITI/Government Recognised Vocational Training Institute. (2)Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one Technician for each job for 6 working days per week for minimum 8 ½ hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintainance work, the person will have to stay longer occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account. (3) Period of work: The contractor shall carry out minimum one Jobs per day as per site requirement for the period mentioned in NIT. (4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis per day. (5) Engineer should be engage after scrutiny of BARC Engineers and approved by Competent authority. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one Technician exclusively for the particular job.

Providing and supplying of Truck of minimum capacity 09 MT for the collection and transportation of unserviceable equipments, furniture,debris, garbage at various location of ERF propject as instructed by the Engineer-in-Charge as and when required.
Providing and supplying Forklifts 03 MT capacity for the collection and transportation of scrap items, unserviceable equipments, from various location of ERF propject as instructed by the Engineer-in -Charge as and when required.
Providing and supplying Hydra crane 08 MT capacity for the collection and transportation of scrap items, unserviceable equipments, from various location iof ERF propject as instructed by the Engineer-in-Charge as and when required.
Providing, supplying "JCB" loader cum excavator including operator and helper executing the work like excavation, grading, levelling, debris cleaning and other works at various location iof ERF propject as instructed by the Engineer-in-Charge as and when required.
Providing and supplying of Dumper for the collection and transportation of scrap items, unserviceable equipments, furniture, debris, garbage at various location of ERF propject as instructed by the Engineer-in -Charge as and when required. 'Notes:- 1.The rates of item No 29, 30 ,31, 32 & 33 shall be inclusive of machine, Fuel, Operator, Driver, Helper and other consumables etc. The contractor is required to engage skilled driver / Operator possessing valid driving license (Preferably professional). 2.The make and model of the vehicle should be less than 8 Years old, roadworthy with all valid documents. 3.The vehicle should be free from all sorts of defects and will be subjected to inspection by a representative of BARC whose decision is final and binding as regards suitability of that particular vehicle. 4. The cost of POL, maintenance of vehicle including replacement of parts, fuel, etc., wages of driver, Motor Vehicle taxes, comprehensive insurance, etc. shall be payable by you and BARC shall have no liability towards usage of the vehicle. 5.The rates are inclusive of all taxes if any, including Goods & Service taxes (GST). 6. In and exit time at ERF Project premises shall be strictly considered for billing / measurements / payments. Log book duly countersigned by Engineer-In-Charge to be maintained. 7. Breakdown hours and lunch break timing shall not be considered for the payments. 8. Fraction of hours shall be rounded off to nearest half an hour at time of preparing the bill. 9. RAPS being a strategic Organisation, all the operators, drivers should have good credentials and shall have valid PVC , Driving licenses and address proof. They should be in a position to understand Hindi / English. 10.Cost of damages to any Government movable/ immovable property in and around the site shall be entirely borne by the contractor. 11.Required number of Manpower shall be provided as per the instructions/ Duty slip. 12. The contractor shall follow all security rules & regulations of BARC issued from time to time and no claim whatsoever will be entertained in this regard. 13. The driver and the labourers shall work as per the instructions given by the departmental Officers. 14. Advance intimation will be given to the contractor about 'the requirement. 15. The Trucks along with laboureres should report at 08:30 Hrs. 16. The normal working duty of the truck / Hydra / JCB / Dumper / Manpower will be 08 hours excluding half hour lunch break, work done for more than 8 hours will be claculated on pro-rata basis for each shift. 17. The contractor shall take the signature of the departmental authorities on duty completion slip daily after completion of the work. 18. The successful contractor shall arrange adequate insurance coverage for his personnel. Department shall not be responsible for any liability arising out of any accident /injury caused to contractor persons while executing the job. 19. The contractor shall follow minimum wages act and other rules of State Government. 20. Hydra operator shall have valid "license" and new mettaling lifting slings.

The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5 X 55 mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated PVC (CPVC) pipes having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply (as ASTM Standard 2846 & SDR - 11 Grade) including all CPVC Plain & Brass threaded fittings, fixing the pipe with clamps including chasing the walls, concealing the pipes and making good the same etc. This includeds jointing of pipes & fittings with CPVC Solvent cement & testing the joints complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Project Engineer.
