Dismantling and removing R.C.C. columns, beams, slab, staircase, landing, lintels including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead etc with all labour, T&P and cess, required for the work and etc. complete in all respect and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing of GCI sheets in roof including drilling holes in wind ties & fixing of ridges, vallies,wind ties etc. including cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and removing debris etc. with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C work (1:1½:3) with clean hard crusher broken granite chips of 12mm size of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete with necessary slope and smoothness to receive tar felting or terracing, watering and curing for four weeks, centring, shuttering and finishing the exposed surface and ceiling smooth to receive white washing or painting providing grooves or beads and fan hooks as per requirement in ceiling where necessary, cost of water, including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of M.S rods or Tor steel and binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending and binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(4.1)Column and Beams

Cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position as per drawing and design including cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S rods and binding wire with all labour T&P and cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors(weight of binding wires will not be considered as measurement of M.S rods) as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Flyash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in super structure using Flyash bricks of 9" size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg./sq.cm including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering and cur belling, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

16mm th Cement plaster in C.M (1:6) to brick work finished smooth including watering curing and scaffolding with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing surface of walls with cement based wall putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding, staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall priming one coat with approved primer with brush to wall surface after cleaning the surface including cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade over a coat of priming on new work to give an even shade with approved shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing paint (Weather coat) of approved shade on new work two coats, over a coat of priming, to give an even shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Aluminium door with OEL anodized Al door section of 9202 as vertical member, 9201 as top member and 9200 as bottom and middle member and 6mm plain glass in top portion with 12mm thick pre-laminated board in bottem portion fixed on door frame by means of tapered clip No 4660 and the frame to be completed by means of joining angle section No. 1855 including cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T&P, cess, and hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, fitting, fixing of window (sliding type) made up of aluminium section 9778 as windows frame section no.4095, 4096 and 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with mess wire jally as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement, all fittings including cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T&P, cess, and hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Painting two coats over a coat of primer with any approved paint with brush to wood/iron work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of false ceiling with aluminium anodised T section no. 3215 with 2' - 0" center to center, L section no. 1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and PVC plug and the aluminium grid 2'- 0" x 2' - 0" with card board suspended from ceiling including cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T&P, cess, and hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing, fabricating, transporting and supplying at site of M.S. roof trusses and members etc. including all cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials required for the work, labour and T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge
