Provision of decorative lightings at Terminal building , main entry gate, BCAS building, approach road to canopy, canopy pillars and drive through to give a soothing effect at city side by providing fairy LED lights, multicolored LED PAR lights, multicolored LED ladi Minimum length 20 feet each, Colour Metal Halide Light / LED flood lights, on the specified day on rent basis including installation, testing, operation dismantling, transportation etc. complete as required as per tender specifications, terms & conditions and as per following details given below :

Decoration of Welcome gate (Both Side) with Colour flood/facade light (Minimum 16 nos.), multicolored LED ladi (Minimum 140 nos.) to cover entire length from left to right and from Top to approx. 06 mtr down length uniformaly for decoration on specific events as per EIC direction.

Decoration of front Facial side of BCAS Building with Colour flood/facade light (Minumum 10 nos.), multicolored LED ladi (Minimum 75 nos.) to cover entire length from left to right and from Top to 2nd Floor level uniformaly for decoration on specific events as per EIC direction.

Decoration of front Facial side of ATC Tower (Partial Area at city side) with multicolor LED, LED ladi lights (Minimum 60 nos.) from top to 3rd floor level uniformly for decoration on specific events as per EIC direction.

Decoration of front Facial side of new & old cargo building front side (at city side) with multicolor LED ladi lights (Minimum 150 nos.) to cover entire length from left to right and from Top to 1st Floor level uniformaly for decoration on specific events as per EIC direction.

Decoration of front Facial side of Terminal building top canopy with multicolor façade, RGB LED light (Minimum 84 Nos.) OR multicolor LED (Minimum 500 nos.), for Tricolor decoration on specific events as per EIC direction.

Decoration of Terminal building vehicle canopy of length 192 mtr and width 24 mtr with multicolor PAR lights/ multicolor LED/ multicolor LED ladi lights/ Colour flood/facade lights (Minimum 64 nos.) excluding poles for decoration on specific events as per EIC direction.

Decoration of approach road grass between welcome gate and Round-about (Gol chakkar) with multicolor LED ladi lights (Minimum 30 nos.) & RGB/façade lights (Minimum 15 nos.) excluding poles for decoration on specific events as per EIC direction.

Decoration of Round-about (Gol chakkar) grass and trees with multicolor LED ladi lights (Minimum 90 nos.) and multicolor focus light (Minimum 15 nos.) excluding poles as per EIC directions.

Decoration of street light poles/column of canopy with multicolor LED ladi to cover minimum length of 3 mtr of pole for decoration on specific events as per EIC direction.

Decoration of Arrival, Departure and 02 Nos. staff gate of terminal building with multicolor LED ladi lights (Minimum 15 nos. each gate) / focus light (Minimum 2 nos. each gate) for decoration on specific events as per EIC direction.

Decoration with different holy Symbols (eg:- Diya Light, Ekonkar etc.) of min. size 3ft.X3ft. at specific location and on specific events as per EIC direction.

Decoration with LED Pixel Curtain along with video programing of size approx. 10mtr x 4mtr along with necessary Colour changing device for display of specific events as per EIC direction.

Decoration with LED display board of size approx. 8 feet x 1.5 feet with running LED illuminated letters for display of specific events as per EIC direction.

Decoration with multicolour LED ladi light as per demand to decorate additional structure on specific events as per EIC direction.

Hiring of Professional Photographer for Photography and Cinematic shoot on specific events of all decorated area up to satisfaction level of EIC and submitting of 1 sets of original photographs in hard copies and Cinematic video in one CD complete as required.
