Fencing work (1 to 14):- Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared (Estimate unit Rate Rs. 12.49)

Earth work in excavation by manual means over areas (Exceeding 30 em and upto 1.5 mtr in depth, 1.5 mtr in width as well as 10 sqm. on plan) including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in All kinds of Soil (Estimate unit Rate Rs. 479.30)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excl. the cost of centering and shuttering, all works upto plinth level 1:5:10 (1cement : course sand : 10graded stone) aggregate 40mm nominal size crushed. (Estimate unit Rate Rs. 4826.50)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (Estimate unit Rate Rs. 6591.25)

Centring and shuttermg including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for· Foundations: footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete. (Estimate unit Rate Rs. 286.35)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. (Estimate unit Rate Rs. 218.40)

Fencing with R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, , last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with 5 horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 meters (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (cost of R.C.C. posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately) :- Payment to be made per meter cost of total length of barbed wire used.
