Name of work :Onsite A-Frame repair and boring including dismantling and reassembly of all mandatory sub-components of CAT190T Dumpers at NWS Nigahi Project. Maximum likely manpower to be deployed per shift : 06Nos. (Highly Skilled - 02 Nos. , Skilled 02 Nos. and Semi-skilled 02 Nos.)

Scope of Work/Technical Specifications: 1) Dismantling of the complete A-frame assembly along with all associated mandatory sub-components. 2) Inspection and assessment of wear, damage, and serviceability of the dismantled components. 3) Weld repair of the support assembly eye bore, wherever required. 4) Precision line boring / A-frame boring to restore the bore dimensions and alignment within OEM-recommended tolerances. 5) Restoration/reconditioning of worn-out bores, wherever required. 6) Reassembly and fitment of all dismantled components after completion of repair. 7) Alignment checks and functional inspection of the repaired assembly to ensure satisfactory performance. 8) Deployment of specialized line boring equipment, tools & tackles, and highly skilled technical manpower required for successful execution of the work. Additional Terms & Conditions: 1) Transportation of manpower, tools, tackles, and equipment to and from NWS Dumper Section, Nigahi Project shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor.2) The contractor shall provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety gadgets to the deployed manpower and shall ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations during execution of the work.3) All spares required for execution of the work shall be supplied by NCL.4) The contractor shall comply with all applicable labour laws, statutory provisions, and other regulatory re-quirements. 5) The contractor shall be fully responsible for the conduct, discipline, and integrity of the manpower de-ployed for execution of the work. 6) Welding electrodes, gauging electrodes, electrical power supply, and crane assistance, wherever required, shall be provided by NCL.
