Material and labour for filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. NOTE :- (i) Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment. (ii) Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for finishing walls with water proofing Cement paint of required shade for New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 Kg/10Sqm) complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for chequered precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, over and including 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes type 'B' single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors or under footpath for rainwater outlet line complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes type 'B' single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors under footpath for rainwater outlet line complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia × 2.00 metres long G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of fluorescent/ HPMV/ HPSV srtreet light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos 40 mm × 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required and directed by Enginner- in- Charge.

Supplying and fixing of light class G.I. pipe of 50 mm dia. (nominal) 3 metres length along the pole for protection of under ground cable as required and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, with in lead of 50 meters all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Astronomical time switch of configuration of 3 output (1 output per phase ) and suitable for three phase supply to be mounted in feeder pillars/ Lighting DBs for automatic switiching On & OFF of street lights at sun set and sun rise or twlight ( Auto ON, Auto OFF, Auto modes) with manual overide facility with 12/24 hour display format with suitable battery and indication for relay status incl. programming at site complete all as specified and as directed

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc, including excavation for sockets, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated materials, returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layers by ramming, watering etc., stacking serviceable material for measurements and disposal of unserviceable material as directed, within a lead of 50 m complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) in foundation of pump, DG set etc complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for fixing up to floor five level precast cement concrete string or lacing courses, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills, shelves, louvers, steps, stair cases, etc, and cable cover of size 450 mm x 180mm x 40mm with cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources) , including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand), including cost of required form work complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for river/ crushed sand filling into trenches for 18 cm ( punned thickness ) for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) complete all as specified and as directed NOTE :- Necessary earth work will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type conforming to not less than 100 lumens per watt with high pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65 / 66 protection all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 10 sq.mm 4 core XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, complete all as specified and as directed
