Dismantling of Pole/street light standard / strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ aluminium over head conductor, G.I., Wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required. For a. V Cross Arm -3.1mX8X9.56 kg= 237.088 Kg b. Supplying and errection of galvanised stay set for 33 KV over head line complete with 19/20 mm dia X 1.8 Meters long stay rod,achor plate of size 45 cmX 45 cmX 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle (20 mm X 600 mm), 7/4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 33 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6( 1 Cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including exavation and refilling etc as required.

Supplying and Errection of two lengths of channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 33 KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required .

Supply and Errection of channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm ( 9.56 kg per meter) V shape cross arm for two 33 Kv over head line conductors complete with 50 mmX 6 mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts,nuts, washers etc. and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of pole top/straight two wire /V shape two wire, angle iron/channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/rail/PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required.

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing frame work for 33 KV over head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 65 mm X 65 mm X 6 mm angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 2400 mm width X 2800 mm height complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required .

Supplying and errction of 33 KV Disc type POLYMER, 70KN insulator for 33 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nut, washers etc. as required (DETAILS OF COST FOR ONE SET)

Supplying and Errection of 33 KV Pin insulator Polymer Type, 10 KN

Errection of AAA conductor of 7/3.40 mm to 7/4.00 mm diameter and above including binding etc. as required. (35 spans X 60m X 3 Wire= 5760 Mtrs=> 0.342Kg/m=2154.60 Kg)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6. (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required. For Pole Cupping (0.5m X0.5m X 1.5m X 105 Nos= 39.375 Cu.m)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supply and erection of Cradle Guard of one span of length max 50 meter with G.I. wire with 5 staright lines and 40 crossings points including D angle frame (3Mtr + 0.3 Mtr +0.3 Mtr), clamp nut bolts as required.

Loading & Unloading of poles from 33 KV, BALANDA stockyard and transporting by departmental vechile and unloading at worksite and vice versa

Attending Breakdown in BACK SHIFT during MONSOON for Overhead line fault indentifiction/rectification and other miscellaneous works in 2nd & 3rd Shift= 02 shifts( One skilled Worker) for CSS-1,2 & 3 from 132/33 Kv Substation,Nandira to 33/11 Kv Central Substation, Balanda, Jagannath area to attend Emegency Breakdown.

Total 2 Skilled and 4 Unskilled manpower engaged for Tree Trimming works as and when required . ( 06 Members Per Day)

02 Skilled + 04 Unskilled Manpower engaged for Fault Finding, Rejumpering, Overhead Line Meggering for CSS-1,2 & 3 from 132/33 Kv Substation,Nandira to 33/11 Kv Central Substation, Balanda, Jagannath area to attend Emegency Breakdown.

Erection of pole top/straight two wire /V shape two wire, angle iron/channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/rail/PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required. For Running Earth Purpose

Errection of AAA conductor of 7/3.40 mm to 7/4.00 mm diameter and above including binding etc. as required. (108 span X 70 m = 7560 Mtrs=> 0.214Kg/m= 1617.84 Kg) for Rabbit conductor for running earth

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand after paint Red oxide Zinc chromate primer and manufacture to give even shade : Two or more coats.

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture( 13 Letters( 33KV CSS NO 1 P 01) X 209 PolesX 4CM HEIGHT)

Supply & Fixing of 33 KV, 800Amp double break, ball bearing Horizontal type GOAB switch along with mounting channels for GOAB switch , 2 lengths total of 100x50x6mm channel, 2.5 meter each as DP brackets horizontal base, 2 lengths of pole top 75X40X6mm brackets in support of DP brackets with Clamps (2), 2 length of nut bolts etc and Erection of supplied double break, ball bearing Horizontal type GOAB switch with proper alignment.
