Design, Supply, installation, testing at site and comissioning 16 metre high mast suitable for 180 KM/hr wind speed and suitable for mounting maximum 8 Nos of 1x200 Watt LED flood lights symmetrically fitted consisting of the following :

Hot dip galvanised (internally and externally) Mast 16meter high having top diameter 150mm and bottom diameter 410mm continuously tapered, in two sections, 20 side polygon made out of high tensile steel plates S 355 grade as per BS-EN 10 025 having only one longitudinal weld and no circumferential weld joint for each section, bottom section 10.980 mtr long made of 4mm thick sheet and top section 5.47 mtr long made of 3mm thick sheet, both sections jointed at site by slip stress fit method with min overlap.

Hot dip galvanised Base plate having dia 570mm made out of 25mm thick galvanised high tensile steel plates S 355 grade as per BS-EN 10 025, drilled holes for and including 8 Nos 30mm dia 850mm long TS 600 type foundation bolts.

Luminaires carriage 710mm internal dia, made out of Hot Dip galvanised 50mm ERW class 'B' MS pipe galvanised, 08 arm two sections having welded flanges and jointed at site by means of steel bolts etc, suitable for maximum 08 luminaires including holes for cable crossing and cast aluminium weather proof junction box for cable connections.

Winch for raising and lowering of luminaires with carriage having safe working load 750 kg, double drum having oil bath type self lubricating worm gear, with two continuous steel wire ropes 7/19 construction 6mm dia, AISI 316 grade having breaking cap 2350 Kg, operated with single speed three phase electric motor of appropriate capacity and manually by means of handle in case motor is faulty or failure of electric supply, complete with ratchet, limit switches etc as per standard engineering practice to avoid falling of carrirer during raising or lowering.

Single trailing cable 1100 volts grade with flexible copper conductor EPR insulated PCP sheathed min 6.00 Sqmm, 10 cores suitable for 08 luminares or independent electric connection for each luminaire all as required and directed.

Weather proof hinged opening with locking arrangement at bottom of the mast for installation of winch and electric panel as per manufacturer recommendations.

Provision of PCC/RCC foundation including design as per manufacturer's recommendations suitable for 16 metres high mast with accessories as detailed in respective item and casting at site including necessary earth work as required for foundation complete all as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Note : High mast shall be installed under guidance of Company's engineer. Flood Light fittings shall be measured and paid separately)

S&F LED flood lilght 200 Watt Energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, exclusive innovative pressure die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughned glass & IP 66 protection suitable for highlighting architectural facade and general purpose complete mounting on high mast light 16 mtr height including clamps, nuts /bots/washers etc connecting with suitable flexible copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed. Make: Cat Part No of Havells JETAVALOURFL200WLED757MODWBLTG or equivalent in Philips/Halonix/CG/C&S.

M&L aluminum strip 25x3.15mm as roof conductor or down conductor or along the pole/pipe complete with saddles/ insulators made out of porcelain or fibere and fixing screws, complete all as required at site or directed.

M&L single pointed air termination aluminium rod 12mm dia 600 mm long including nuts & bolts for fixing air termination rod to pole/ pipe duly insulated by providing appropriate insulator, complete all as required at site or directed.

Supply and fixing LED aviation light 6 Watt single doom suitable to work on 230 Volts including fixing arrangement on high mast light, complete all as specified and directed. Make - Philips / Havells /CG /Bajaj/ Halonix.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.50m wide and n exc 1.50m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft wells, cesspits manholes pier holes etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to underground cable as per clause No 19.75 of SSR Part-I laid with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable. The top layer of 15cm shall be punned to 10 cm (total 23 cm) complete all as specified and directed.

Sub class ‘B’ brick old size protection cover laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable on cushioning with width equal to the length of brick complete all as specified and directed .

Supply laying connecting and testing in repair 1100 volt graded heavy duty XLPE cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel strip or wire and overall PVC sheathed of size 25 Sqmm normal cross section 3.5core including suitable size lugs laid in trenches fixed to pole or passing through pipes incl all necessary clamps nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying connecting and testing in repair 1100 volt graded heavy duty XLPE cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel strip or wire and overall PVC sheathed of size 35 Sqmm normal cross section 3.5core including suitable size lugs laid in trenches fixed to pole or passing through pipes incl all necessary clamps nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised cast iron earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground less than 3.0m deep below normal ground level as earth electrode with top edge of the earth plate not less than 2.25mtr below ground level using GI strip 32x6mm as earth continuity conductor connected to earth plate by means of welding, GI thimbles, nuts, bolts & washers all as directed including providing earth wire protection pipe GI light grade 40mm dia from earth plate to main switch board/panel, watering pipe 20mm dia with wire mesh and funnel at top, earth pit and RCC pit cover with handle of angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6mm in PCC 1:3:6 adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt and kalmi shore all around the earth plate, earth work in any type of soil remaining surplus excavated material all as required at site and specified in EP No 3 of SSR part I 2009 or directed by Engineer-in-charge and incl testing on completion. NOTE :- (i) Item of earthing includes cost of 7.5 m long GI strip of size 32x6mm with protection pipe of 40mm dia GI medium grade, any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order based on SSR rates enhanced by 25%. (ii) On testing after completion of earthing if the desired earth resistance is not obtained earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost.
