LT Panel box size (1.0X1.0X0.6 mm) having thickness of 3.15mm and inner shell made out of 2mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 60 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front openable double door system and cable alloy (Each door hinged with body at 3 places with body and hinges should be welded with body and door) lockable/open able by Keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, tested at factory approved from CPRI factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS:8623/93 and comprising the follwings-:

Labour only for repair/maint to old/unserviceable LED security/Street/flood light/High mast light of any capacity including taking down existing fitting from pole/Bldg for replacement of unsv driver,cable terminal block and connection wire and refixing the same in position after repair incl testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Spares parts shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item as suppy only. (ii) Sufficient Electrician and Helper shall be deputed daily to concern sub division during office hours to ascertain the repairs to be carried out for lights under his AOR. ACSR conductor of any size and type to over head HT/ LT poles including binding at site to insulator with suitable size of binding wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only by re-straining, tightening of ACSR conductors of any size/type on HT/LT poles including necessary new aluminium binding wire for fixing with insulator/PVC sleeves for jumper etc as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Galvanised steel wire 4.0 mm dia for continuous earth wire and Cradles hexagonal/rectangular shall be provided and securely fastened to each pole and connected with earth ordinarily and cradle guarding where reqd complete incl dismentaling existing GI wire all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc., and keeping serviceable materials in safe custody for re-use and/or unserviceable materials removing from the Site(s), complete all as specified and directed.

Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections i.e M.S. channel or angle sections etc. including new nuts, bolts, washers as reqd dia/length in size, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive one primer coat of red oxide, one under coat and one finishing coat of silver paint (1st quality ) as reqd complete as specified.

Fixing only serviceable cross arm, MS Channel, angle section as ordered and inclusive of one coat of aluminium paint including preparation of old steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators, any type, any size and keeping serviceable materials in safe custody for re-use and/or unserviceable materials removing from the Site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Pin type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white,brown or green including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only serviceable pin type porcelain, vitreous, (white/brown or green) insulator for 1100 volts grade of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Insulator Shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white,brown or green , shall be in one piece and shall have a groove on the side and a hole for a cotter pin and two galvanised bolts 12 mm dia and nuts with or without a pair of straps in size 31 x 3 mm as indicated size height 75 mm and dia 90 mm, for working pressure 1100 volts complete as specified.

Fixing only serviceable shackle type porcelain, vitreous (white / brown or green) insulator of any size and shape for 1100 Volts grade complete as specified.
