Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below & above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protection / paths laid in alternative bays finished even and smooth without using extra cement including making 10 mm wide grooves to full depth at the junction of wall and plinth protection, at 3 metre interval and every change of direction duly filling the grooves with mixture of bitumen and sand mixed in the ratio of 1:3 by weight and top 10 mm depth to be sealed with ceiling compound grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 100 mm thick type B1 (1:2:4) (by using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) as in floors, paths, etc. laid in panels including finished the surface smooth and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
