M and R to UDDS Dombivali... Repairs to 250 KVA Transformer and replacement of 60 HP FCMA Starter panel along with misc. works at Phase-II, UDDS Dombivali

Item no.01 Rewinding of 250KVA 22/0.433KV Outdoor Type, Oil Cooled, Copper Wound, Distribution Transformer with OCTC and Replacement of Hermitically Sealed Transformer Tank with Non-Hermitically Sealed Transformer Tank including transportation from site to workshop and back, dismantling and unloading at site with necessary equipment and manpower, removal and replacement of HV & LV windings with new copper windings, inspection and repair of core, assembly with new insulation materials, oven drying, oil soaking, and tanking in a new non-hermitically sealed tank. It also includes painting of tank and radiators, supply and filtration of new oil, and testing as per IS:2026 standards, along with rebate of old copper winding and transformer tank.

Item no.02 Providing, Designing, supplying, installing, testing & commissioning 60 HP FCMA Starter panel and 60 HP FCMA FDRS consist of following switchgears duly erected on suitable angle channel frame with CC foundation etc. complete. The Main LT Panel incomer section consists of one 400A, 3P MP MDO 26kA ACB with SR-18 release and under-voltage coil, along with RYB indication lamps, neutral links, four 6A SP 10kA control MCBs, three sets of 400/5A CL-1 15VA current transformers, one load manager without RS-485 port, one digital AC ammeter 0–1000A with accessories, and one digital AC voltmeter 0–500V with accessories. The outgoing auxiliary feeder section includes two 100A 3-pole TM MCCBs with 25kA rupturing capacity and RHOM, 63A & 32A 3P 10kA MCBs. The 60 HP FCMA FDRS includes two 200A 3P TM MCCBs, two digital AC ammeters 0–100A (1-phase) with accessories, two digital AC voltmeters 0–500V (1-phase) with VSS, 200/5A CL-1 10VA CTs, 6A SP 10kA control MCBs, two 95A 3-pole 240VAC bypass power contactors, ON/OFF/TRIP indication lamps, four sets of neutral links, two 60 HP FCMA starters, start/stop push buttons, MPR relays and KUT-2.5 control terminals. The entire assembly shall comply with IP-52 degree of protection.

Item no.03 Dismantling 3.1 Dismantling the existing cables of all types & size above 50 sq mm.

Item No.04 LT Cables (Aluminum) (CB-LT/AL) 4.1 Supplying, erecting & terminating FR XLPE insulated, galvanised steel formed wire armoured (strip) cable, 1100 V 3½ core 120 sq. mm. aluminium conductor complete erected with glands & lugs on wall/ trusses/pole or laid in provided trench/ pipe as per specification no. CB-LT/AL

4.2 Supplying, erecting & terminating FR XLPE insulated, galvanised steel formed wire armoured (strip) cable, 1100 V 3½ core 50 sq. mm. aluminium conductor complete erected with glands & lugs on wall/ trusses/pole or laid in provided trench/ pipe as per specification no. CB-LT/AL

Item No.05 Cable Enclosures (CB-CE) 5.1 Supplying and laying (including excavation of suitable width & depth up to 90 cm) 50 mm outside dia. double wall corrugated pipes (DWC) of HDPE for enclosing cable below ground/road surface, complete.

5.2 Supplying and laying (including excavation of suitable width & depth up to 90 cm) 90 mm outside dia. double wall corrugated pipes (DWC) of HDPE for enclosing cable below ground/road surface, complete.

Item no.06 Plate, Pipe type Earthing (EA-EP) 6.1 Supplying, installing and testing earthing with copper earth plate size 60 x 60 x 0.315 cm with funnel with a wire mesh for watering and brick masonry block C.l. cover with minimum 25 kg Carbon based environment friendly back fill ground ehancing compound complete with all accesories of copper materials & recording the results as per specification no EA-EP/EF

Item no.07 Accessories 7.1 Supplying and erecting copper strip of required sizes used for earthing on wall and/or any other purpose with necessary aluminium clamps fixed on wall painted with bituminous paint with joints required as per specification no EA-EP.

Item no.08 Credit for Dismantled Material 8.1 PVC armoured/unarmoured cables and wires (Aluminium)

Item no.09 Rebate for old dismantled 60 HP ATS starter panel (Minimum rebate amount 25000/- should be recovered)
