Repairs to the motor 40HP of pumping unit II by way of decoupling of 5 cusec discharge pump from motor and then dismantling the motor from the base frame. Carriage & shifting of dismantled motor of LIS Harapeer on head load through path in fields to roadside (approx distance 2 KM) using manual labour and then to workshop by carriage vehicle. Repairs to 40 hp motor of pumping unit no II by way of completely dismantling of motor and extracting out damaged components, such as bearings and rotor of the motor.. Repairs to rotor by filling of metal on shaft as per the inner diameter of bearings, turning, finishing and polishing of the rotor shaft. Complete rewinding of motor after extracting out old damaged winding manually and cleaning of stator slots. Rewinding of the stator by using standard copper wire of requisite gauge as per original design. Varnishing after rewinding of stator. Back shifting after carrying out repairs of motor to site. The job includes cost of material, loading, un-loading, fitting ,testing ,manual labour, carriage charges of vehicle (to & fro),head load upto 2km approx charges tools & tackles and rebate on old copper scrap etc. Repair to 40 HP starter oil immersed, double contact of pumping unit no II at LIS Harapeer by way of extracting the damaged contact points of copper both moving and fixed thimbles, no volt coil, tripping system , overload relay and replacing the same with new ones. Providing /filling of new T-oil 10 liters. The job includes cost of material, labour charges, and testing charges at site. Repairs to the suction pipeline of unit No I by way of cutting out the 300mm suction pipeline length 1.5-ft 2 ft approx .The job includes dismantling of the footvalve ,dismantling of vertical pipeline lengths from the bend of unit NO I ,then welding the new 300mm MS suction piece near the bend of the suction pipeline to make the pipe leakproof . Then assembling of the vertical lengths and footvalve at the end of the suction pipeline of unit no 1 with the help of new nuts ,bolts and rubber sheet. The suction pipeline of unit no I is to be supported by the saddle 5ft long,2 ft wide and 4-5ft deep with the help of MS angle 50x50x6. The vertical and horizontal supports are to be placed at equidistance of 2.5 ft .There should be atleast six horizontal supports . The pipe is also supported by the another saddle 2ft long,2 ft wide and 4-5ft deep with the help of MS angle 50x50x6. .There should be atleast four horizontal supports. The suction pipeline is welded at points with the saddles in order to provide the maximum stability to the suction pipeline. The job includes cost of material, loading and un-loading charges , welding charges ,manual labour, carriage charges of vehicle (to & fro), head load charges 2km distance approx. ,tools & tackles etc. Providing of the new 3inch check valve on the suction side of the priming pump by dismantling the pipeline and replacing the damaged flanges and nuts and bolts with the new one flanges and nuts and bolts and finally the fitting of the check valve . The job includes material charges, manual labour, carriage charges ,tools & tackles etc Complete Job. Note:- The Tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rates as per site conditions. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, felt necessary if required at the time of actual execution may be /done as per actual site conditions. The firm should offer rebate on old material.
