Re-installation of Taxi lights at Runway to Taxiway linking portion and other associated works at Chandigarh International Airport Ltd., Mohali.

Amount

Supply of 6 Sq.mm. PVC/ XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, stranded copper conductor single core airport lighting cable of 5 KV grade confirming to relevant IS specification with up to date amendments as required and and conform to particular specictions enclosed etc as required.

Supply of 5 KV grade plug and receptacles suitable for field attachment for 5 KV grade 6 Sq.mm PVC / XLPE insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor single core cable conforming to the relevant IS specification etc. complete as required (a set of 01 plug & 01 receptacle).

Supply of 45 W Halogen type lamp suitable for existing taxi edge fixture as required.

Supply of 45 W, 6.6A/6.6A isolation transformer suitable for exisitng taxi edge lighting as required.

Supply of 100 W, 20A/6.6A isolation transformer suitable for exisitng taxi edge lighting as required.

Supply of 1.1 KV grade secondary lead with connectors (Plug and receptacle) of length 12 Mtr., 2C x 4 sq. mm suitable for existing taxi edge lighting as required.

Supply of CI transformer housing box, water tight round type metal container of outside dia 330 mm and of 450 mm height made of 10 mm thick all round except on top surface which is 15 mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting-base plate on the top and having a clear opening of 220 mm hole centre and 6 nos holes tapped to receive M-10 stainless steel bolts at PCD of 260 mm to receive light fitting base plate bolts. The housing box shall have a clear hole / holes (number of holes as mentioned below) 75mm above bottom surface suitable to receive 40mm dia, B class GI/HDPE pipe, two numbers earth bolts of M 10 x 30 mm welded inside near the hole ( 100mm away from the hole centre), a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 1/2 " dia "B" class GI/HDPE pipe etc., complete as required. CI boxes with 2 nos holes at 75 mm from the bottom suitable to receive 40mm GI pipe/HDPE pipe on two sides opposite and One hole at 50 mm from the top.

Supply of CI Base plate of size 15 mm thick and outside dia 330 mm, surface suitable to receive a light fitting-base plate on the top and having a clear opening of 220 mm hole centre and 6 nos of holes tapped to receive M-10 stainless steel bolts as per drawing as required.

Supply of MS blanking/blind plate of outside dia 330 mm, 10 mm thick and having 6 nos holes tapped to receive M-10 stainless steel bolts for use with CI Box including supplying of 6 nos M-10 stainless steel bolts .

Supplying and laying of following size PE 63 HDPE pipe 40 mm dia (4 Kg/cm2) ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required.

Supplying and laying of following size PE 63 HDPE pipe 40 mm dia (4 Kg/cm2) ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing and laying in existing trench of 50 mm depth complete as required.

Dismantling, fixing, re-installation, Testing and commissioning of 45 W existing taxi edge light fixtures (Drawing of same is given in SCC) including fixing with suitable size anchor fastners with bolts along with sealant and necessary slope by using mortar and cement, complete as required.

Making field connections of 5 KV grade 6 Sq.mm PVC / XLPE insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor single core cable with 5 KV grade plug and receptacle suitable for field attachment with HT tape complete as required.

Kerf cutting on the hard surface/ bitumen surface of taxi edge light shoulder suitable for laying of HDPE pipe of 40 mm upto depth of 50 mm and 50 mm width, making good the same by suitable sealent compound for bitumen as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1/5 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required Upto 6 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1/5 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe as required. Upto 6 sq. mm

Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1/5 KV grade of following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Upto 6 sq. mm

Installation of transformer housing box by exacavation of earth upto 500mm in depth and providing base concrete of 1:2:4 for a height of 50mm and filling, compaction with soil all around and fixing 10" long 1/2" dia "B" class GI pipe with checknuts for drainage of water including excavation of side shoulder and refilling (wherever the housing boxes are in a line the same has to be aligned in such a way that the centers fall in a straight line), complete as required.

Installation of CI Base plate of size 15 mm thick and outside dia 330 mm, surface suitable to receive a light fitting-base plate on the top and having a clear opening of 220 mm hole centre and 6 nos of holes tapped to receive M-10 stainless steel bolts as per drawing as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.
