Providing Reinforced Cement Concrete vertical cast in situ bored Friction and End Bearing pile 450 mm dia of effective length of 6 m using M30 design mix concrete and 20mm HBGS jelly metal ISS excluding cost of steel reinforcement, including providing of temporary casing pipe of minimum length of 1m at top using for stablishing the sides of bore holes for the remaining length concreting for this pile shall be done through transit pipes and minimum cement content shall be not less than 480 kg/m3. The reinforcement of the pile must be done upto top level of the pile cap,excluding cost of pile reinforcement.The cost includes mobilisation and de mobilisation of pile equipment.

Empty boring in earth from Ground Level to cut off boring may vary due to site condition add if variation any.

Providing pile cap for required size above the cut off level of size in M30 design mix using 20mm B.G ISS including chipping the top of pile upto cut off level cost to shuttering oiling water arrangements for concreting with all leads and lifts etc.,complete excluding cost of reinforcement. The minimum cement content shall not less than 400kg/cum area of pile.

Earth work excavation [ for narrow excavation ] and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m & initial lift of 2m in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales,murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders. including clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineers at site.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with crushed stone sand [ M.Sand ] in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineers at site.

Refilling with excavated earth for sewer line, water line, sides of earth pit, man holes etc., including cost of labour and tools , lead, lift, etc., complete

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 using 20mm HBG metal (machine broken) for foundation and basement leveling course including cost of all matrials, lead, lift, labour, dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification, and as directed by the Engineers at site.
