Amount

1.Removing the excavated materials, debris of any description and any other waste materials, spoil heaps including loading into trucks/tractors using baskets by head load or any other means and transporting by trucks/tractors and unloading at the earmarked places etc. complete for the following leads.

1.1.Removal upto 2km in Township/ Plant/Mines area at low lying areas.

2.Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor,etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

2.1.1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

3.Centering and shuttering including struting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundations, footings, columns, suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves, lintels, beams, chajjas, girders, bressumers, cantilevers, pillers, posts, struts and stair cases and types of RCC work at all heights and depth as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

3.1.Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

4.Laying brick masonry with fly ash bricks at all heights in any shape including scaffolding, staging, curing, etc. complete in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in Superstructure.( CEMENT AND FLY ASH BRICK SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE / ISSUE POINT)

5.Brick work with non modular fly ash lime bricks (FALG Bricks) conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand) (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE / ISSUE POINT)

6.Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

6.1.Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

7.Fabrication/ modification etc. including erection of Structural Steel work true to level and alignment as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge ,including all materials,transporting to workshop,transporting to site, as per requirement for all types of structural steel/all types of doors/shuttrs/all types of windows/all types of ventilators, work including red oxide primer and all tools, tackles, consumables, supervision etc. at all height and locations etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (All the materials are in the scope of contractor)

8.Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand ) on the rough sides of single or half brick wall or masonary work using approved type of sand including curing etc all complete for all height. (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

9.Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

9.1.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

10.Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)
