Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (One cement two M.Sand and four aggregate) using 20mm size ISS gauge HBBGmetal including mixing, laying, consolidating, curing, cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification - 1 m3 (detailed data for 10 m3 )

Supplying and erecting SHUTTTERING including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as Vertical walls etc, using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60Cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles for boarding supported by Casuarinas props at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.hard red earth, murram, stoney earth, gravel and shales etc. excepting all kinds of rock and boulders exceeding 0.014 c.u.m. in volume including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 50m initial lead and 2m initial lift as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT/CTD rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors complete complying with standard specification

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement, three sand and six aggregate ) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for All CC items of work excluding centering, shuttering, and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing finishing etc., complete fixtures in CC works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & Five Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9" X 4 3/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification - 100CFT

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5(one cement and five sand by volume) 12mm thick for all internal/external surfaces like super structure, rainwater, ducts, elevation in all floors complying with standard specifications.

Supply & Fixing of MS Truss, Purlins and Angles etc., as per the Direction of the Departmental officers Etc., complete with standard specification.

Roofing with Pre painted Galavalume sheet 0.47mm thick with necessary bolt and nuts and washers including allmaterials and labour charges etc complete

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

Supply and fixing in position of white glazed indian oriya type water closet 580 x 440mm size white glazed earthernware of approved quality with S or P trap confirming to IS: 2556-part XII with sand cusion and forming flooring around the closet using 40mm broaken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 mix, 100mm thick using 20mm ISS gauge brick jelly and finished the top to required slop and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes by dismantling brick masonry, RCC/ floor slab and making good of the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc. complete complying with std. specifications and as directed by dept. officers. (the WC should got approved by the Exe. Engineer before use on works)

Flooring with Stain free Nano polish Vetrified flooring tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour and quality of required size laid in cement mortar 1:3 mix 20mm thick and pointing with the same mortar complete and finish very neatly etc complete

Wiring with 2x1.5 sq.mm (22/.3) PVC insulated unsheathed Sc.Cu. conductor of 1100v grade in suitable pvc rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with pvc accessories with TW switch box with 5A.F.T. switch inflush with all covered with hylem sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour for open pvc light point/fan point (SD 20)

Supply and fixing of Single box type 4'40 W flu fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals.

Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48") AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator with 300mm down rod on the existing clamp (SD 111)

Painting with Emulsion paint two coats over a base coat of approved colour etc complete

Painting with best synthetic enamel paint of approved Colour and high quality two coats to old iron works etc complete
